The Wii and 360 are targetted at totally different markets of players! You cant compare one to another, its like chalk and cheese. One is for graphics and action games, the other is for light entertainment and innovation.

o yea, well xbox is gay because it has no Final Fantasy, and gamecube is gay because it has no Halo, and Ps2 is gay because it has no super smash, and gba is gay because it has no guitar hero.
Personally, I'm getting a Wii, as it has excellent games (and lots of them), innovation, a ton of multimedia things, and great graphics. I may consider getting a PS3 in a few years time, when it is somewhere near affordable. But I'd only get in for a couple of titles like MGS4 and FFXIII. Until then, I have all the other FFs to keep me company, and I'll have Snake on my Wii.
Wii is not a gamers machine. It's a gimmicky controler that has a main purpose of luring non-gamers into it, along with its affordability. Nintendo is genious in that respect.. But it totally fails in comparison to PS3 and 360 in terms of serious gaming. Wake up Nintendo fanboys. Wii sucks. "Innovation"?? LOL! Its a little kiddies toy. A lame light stick that will get old so fast you won't believe it. When games like Halo 3 and MGS4 come out you will see how Wii is left far behind.
It certainly will. However, I think it would also be better to see how many percent of X360 owners buy H3, as with MGS4 for the PS3, and SSBB for the Wii.
A few other games will be interesting too. Like FFXIII, LOZ:TP, and err... some other game for the Xbox360...

I agree, the Wii is either a tershuary/ seccondary console but it is not a real gamer's primary console. I'm not sure that I will be getting the Wii because of it's serious lack of games, not to mention it's serious lack of good games.
For 2006-2007 I'll be getting a PS3 because Sony really decided to play 2007 with loaded dice, all amazing AAA+++ games. In late 2007-2008 I'll probably be picking up a 360 for it's exclusives that I missed.

One cool thing about the WII is that it comes in so many different colors! As opposed to the PS3 that has just 3 colors, the 360 that just has changable faceplates, the DS that just comes in a couple bland Gamecube colors although the lite has one stylish color, and the PSP that just has 2 colors. My black PSP is still very awesome looking and since I have hundredsof pics and wallpapers customazation isn't a prob.

Personally, I'm getting a Wii, as it has excellent games (and lots of them), innovation, a ton of multimedia things, and great graphics. I may consider getting a PS3 in a few years time, when it is somewhere near affordable. But I'd only get in for a couple of titles like MGS4 and FFXIII. Until then, I have all the other FFs to keep me company, and I'll have Snake on my Wii.

Wii is not a gamers machine. It's a gimmicky controler that has a main purpose of luring non-gamers into it, along with its affordability. Nintendo is genious in that respect.. But it totally fails in comparison to PS3 and 360 in terms of serious gaming. Wake up Nintendo fanboys. Wii sucks. "Innovation"?? LOL! Its a little kiddies toy. A lame light stick that will get old so fast you won't believe it. When games like Halo 3 and MGS4 come out you will see how Wii is left far behind.

It certainly will. However, I think it would also be better to see how many percent of X360 owners buy H3, as with MGS4 for the PS3, and SSBB for the Wii.
A few other games will be interesting too. Like FFXIII, LOZ:TP, and err... some other game for the Xbox360...

I agree, the Wii is either a tershuary/ seccondary console but it is not a real gamer's primary console. I'm not sure that I will be getting the Wii because of it's serious lack of games, not to mention it's serious lack of good games.
For 2006-2007 I'll be getting a PS3 because Sony really decided to play 2007 with loaded dice, all amazing AAA+++ games. In late 2007-2008 I'll probably be picking up a 360 for it's exclusives that I missed.
