Cameron has left a legacy and will be remembered. I share this with my class each year before Thanksgiving. It makes a huge impact on all the students. Strike Zone is another film by Cameron Duncan that I share. It is sad, but a real hero's tale.
I think the rating of this video shows exactly how unbelievably impressive Cameron was. Nobody who watched it pushed the "thumbs down" button. For me he is a huge idol and inspiration and I honestly doubt that I'm the only one who feels that way.
Woah thats powerful as. I have never come across this before, and can not recall hearing Cameron Duncans story in the past, which seems bizare, so anyway Im pleased that Cameron shared this and I felt it today. RIP Young man
Peter Jackson was so kind to help him film this and Strike Zone. It's so beautifully done! Cameron could never have had the resources to make it so well done, I mean Cameron did all the work but Peter helped supply the equipment, people and funding.
I'm so glad Cameron got to live out his dream of being a published filmmaker!
i soo love this movie the special stuff on the lord of the rings dvd got me going on film but this rlly opened my eyes to my own life and that of cameron i am soo sad that he died and that he left behind his mother :( rip cameron i know you are watchin over the fields and over your team mates see you in the afterlife
I used this video to raise awareness and raise money for cancer research in my school. I think it really helped people see the people behind the disease, and the mental implications as well as the physical implications.
I'm a big, grown-up guy and I'm tearing up right now. This precisely strikes the feeling of that very same "prison" I was also "caged" in so long ago...
He takes all the feelings I have inside and expresses them in ways I can only imagine. He is one of my hero's and always be. I try and live my life, just like he did, to the fullest.
I just gotta say, Cameron's story is amazing. He could have just hid away or bitterly cried away his few months left to live. Instead he made several amazing short videos. It just says something about his maturity and his character. I remember after I heard his story it made me take a look at myself. I said to myself, "What have I done with my life?" It's so true, life is taken so much for granted. And you don't realize it till it's gone.
this guy was really awesome! I don't know anybody how can explain something like this clearly. I'm really impresed and I think he was true, overcoat when he said that the worse part of dream is that you have to wake up...
Cameron Duncan and his video "DKF6498" must have five stars...
de nada! sabia que te iba a gustar, pero si esta bien triste. y luego cuando dice ke solo quiere ke no se olviden de él.....! y tambien ke dice ke solo sigue adelante no por él sino por los ke va a dejar atras...
God Bless Cameron and his family - the young phiiosopher who was stonen from us - my love to his family, his friends, and those who inspired him. He rests in God's hand now, and we thanks God for him...
Cameron is a great person he never shyed from this experience he embraced it no less he will always have a place in our hearts in a way about the time thing its like when you want to be with the love of your life and is of course about being stuck in a hospital which sucks he will never be forgotten i promise you that
I am a huge fan of Cameron and I absolutely l♥ve this video. To say that this video is terrific would be an understatement -- words cannot express the sheer brilliance of this work. I cry every time I watch this video (or any of his other phenomenal masterpieces). Cameron Duncan was such a talented and driven individual and he is missed every day. No regrets. Keep up the gr8 work!!!
What an amazing young man... You don't know what you've get till it's gone xox

I admire this young man, who was so couraged and strong in his last years, months, days
He just looked at his future and tried to live with his fate, and that´s one of the hardest things in life

Cameron Duncan was one of the most talented moviemakers. If he was alive today, I'm sure he would be the best.
This one, DKF6498 and Strike Zone is some of the best shortfilms ever, I think.
