I got the answer how to put wheel skinmesh to car object. But how can I place the wheels precisely if I made wheeled vehicle? I mean when I put the wheels separatedly to a rigidbody. Anyway nice, and helpful tutorial.

Yes. Because it is a development system, and not just the editor of a 3d game, you can implement whatever you want. For example, you can make so that, when you press [SPACE], if a vehicle is closer than 5 meters, the camera snaps inside the vehicle and the controls switch to driving controls...

That is because the initial model is only used as a reference for physics etc. Later in the clip you can see the real thing (a custom made mesh) applied to the car 'layout'.
