Once again generalize everyone so you can cut the small minded crap. Its a problem that's going to be there either way so you need to go about it correctly. You say you're not a prohibitionist but lets be honest. The drug consumption mentality? You must be a big O'Reilly fan too. You act like I can't see through your narrow minded insults anyways. Make room for the future California already voted it legal for people over 21 for consumption and the government basically told them to fuck off.
@Firebrandt:Yes the drug consumption mentality of all too many people that think it is OK to be habitually intoxicated on any number of non essential drugs while ignoring any of the detrimental social issues.
Yes there will always be that percent of stupid people who continue to consume the detrimental substances while defending their right to do as they please no matter what the consequences.
The percent that become addicted then become a liability while others have to reluctantly help them.
@happyharv1 Harv man you just are too much its funny. Don't get whipped up into a frenzy with the same old schtick. It is really getting old fast and why I pointed out your same driven points are just stereotypes that can be easily ignored on comedic value alone. People are going to be people and do what they are going to do. Its not a liability its called Darwinism. Next you'll start with the god arguments and that humans started up about 2000 years ago. Every other sentence is drug
@happyharv1 this and drug that. Unfortunately its just not true not everyone pushing this points take drugs. You are the problem, the same people who point fingers in politics and believe that this that and the other moral reason is why we elect people. No logic at all just baseless facts and meaningless sentences. The strain on my eyes is hardly worth the time spent reading the rebuttal. If by "comfort zone" you speak of reform that limits freedom then yes. If by that you mean
@Firebrandt:When I hear the drug advocates and the drug consumers themselves admit their culpability and complicity in the very contentious issues concerning other peoples drug consumption practices and the problems it creates then you will have people respect you for your views.
Until then you are just talking the same self serving rhetoric about these problems being caused by other people but the drug consumers themselves are innocent victims of laws that curb their lust for drug consumption
@happyharv1 that legalizing drugs would make people uncomfortable the same could be said about alcohol and cigarettes. We really should all be separate states with smaller government big brother is more and more a problem. Then everyone can live in places with proper legislation and direct democracy. Too much land with too many Chiefs and not enough Indians to be cliche about it. We should have alcohol prohibited and have marijuana legalized hands down. There's just too much money in
@Firebrandt:For the record your name and address and telephone number is required because in the new order of liberal and legal drug consumption, all those that voted liberal drug consumption will be required to assist any drug addicts in need of help because the government does not have the financial resources.
You can volunteer to be the first on your block to open a drug rehabilitation house and provide addicts with free drugs and free food and accomodation.
@happyharv1 it for our government and it's become a serious problem unchecked. Its why Mexico can't defend shit and they pump our borders full of shit and we can do virtually nothing about it and its ridiculous. People are going to be pissed Harv it won't be long before they wake up to whats in front of us. I mean insider trading in congress is cool. You should go vote for some token figurehead fool because it will really change whats going on in your district let me tell you buddy.
@Firebrandt:Yours is the usual rhetoric while you absolve the drug consumer of any wrong doing.
You are the one that misguided
Stop defending the drugs and consumption of the drugs and in effect the suppliers of the drugs that intoxicate nearly 50 million Americans everyday. As if this is a noble and just cause to defend because of civil liberties.
I oppose the drugs and I oppose the consumption of drugs while your efforts in effect support the use of drugs.
@happyharv1 I'm not even defending it you're just enabling archaic foolishness. You just like O'Reily don't come knocking on tobacco and alcohol companies doors for the same reason. You don't condemn real problems and characterize a plant as a drug. We can go on and on about how you don't know specific pharmacy terms for the pharmaceutical companies making a ton of oxycodone ruining peoples lives. I live here in Florida and we have a huge problem people selling pills out of their doorstep
@Firebrandt:I dont like O'Rielly but when he points out the negative ramifications of "insistent"drug use the advocators and supporters of legalisation never have the answers for those many other problems and always aggressively argue that legalisation is the important issue while side stepping the many other relative issues and real life concerns that will always be there, legal or not.
O'Rielly rightly recognises it is the drug consumers making the bulk of problems, not only the laws.
@Firebrandt:Why do you support and or advocate drug consumption on behalf of all those that feel the need to consume the drugs.
Did you forget that most people do not consume the drugs or the alcohol or tobacco and if you say that is not the case do you think what you support and advocate is THE way to go.
Drug consumers needs and beliefs and ideals and their agenda should supercede those that do not consume the drugs and or want the consumption around them.
@happyharv1 endangering the whole neighborhood. Old retired doctors send these damn crackheads, drug dealers, and various other seedy bastards to where I used to work. People from all over come here and not enough has been done. So methadone clinics yeah pill mills are around too. Its amazing how much of failure it has been in our lifetime already. How old are you? How many people have you seen die and be killed over this shit? How much do you really know?
I am saying that with legalisation you will still have plenty of drug addiction and still be spending plenty of money on the "War Against Drug Addiction" and that will also piss off persons like your self when the government intrudes or has to intervene into peoples lives telling them it is advised not to take the drugs so you DO NOT chance becoming a drug addict and therefore a liability to yourself and any others that you are in contact with.
@happyharv1 You and this liberal bullshit man I hate people who actually believe anything is done. You aren't protected and this isn't just about civil liberties. You don't even bother waiting for me to say anything so it really shows how much of an idiot you are. People dead from using drugs? Good. Jail system not filled up? Great. Its the best alternative we have got any bright ideas suggestions? Maybe we should search you whenever because your music was up loud, your car is a make model and
@Firebrandt:Honey, calm down now you are going into one of your incorherent anti establishment, evil government rants again and your frothing at the mouth.
Here honey take your anger pill and settle down.
I know honey people just dont understand your point of view.Neither do I sometimes, but that is besides the point.
Not everyone can be a genius like you so just accept the fact that many people oppose drug use and dont like the thought of 50 million habitually intoxicated people every day.
@happyharv1 color. That you look a certain way, talk a certain way, and maybe because of your beliefs. Oh wait we already do that. Man this is too easy.
@happyharv1 Like I said there's no point in arguing with someone below me so go ahead and post 8 more comments to my 1 and further solidify my points with your ignorant rants. Lovely word ignorant has rant right inside. You will always be from the outside looking in, the suit that doesn't understand, better yet the hypocrite who is a closet coke head. This quote sums it up. "Stay off my channel, moron. No one forces you to watch and no one cares what you think."
Why am I still watching this obnoxious, name-calling, loudmouth, named Bill O' Reilly? What kind of retard would consider this man a voice of reason and rational? This will be the last clip that I ever watch of this arrogant, conversation interrupting, hate-spewed rhetoric, corporatist/statist/fascist douche bag. The statistics in Holland indicate that they have FAR LESS DRUG USERS than america!!! Gee, I wonder why. They also don't have mexican cartels and the C.ocaine I.mporters A.gency.
Oreilly doesn't even give any reasons for his statements. He's the pinhead. People like him and Limbaugh are spoiled babies who want everything to go their way and can't accept what other people want.
Uhh, no he isn't, Mr. Reilly. Clearly you seem to have completely forgotten about the Iran Contra scandal in the mid 80s. The CIA actually DID distribute crack cocaine to the inner city and got severely busted after someone blew the whistle.
Oriely is an idiot catholic; The root problem with addiction is the misinterpretations of the bible regarding self measures in judgment, consumption of mind is due to over measure, which is explained in the Sermon on the Mount; Judge and be judged for what measure ye mete shall be measured unto you again. The accumulation of self measure leads to presumptive thought. However; Boredom is the leading cause to drug use. If I dont use my mind it gets nasty inside too; There is no shame in drugs
The fact that the vast majority of internet comments on this sort of video or article all seem to be in support of my point of view makes me very hopeful for the future.
All of us Generation X & Y'ers that actually know how to use computers seem to be on the same, logical, level-minded grounding. It's the babyboomers who are responsible for all the propaganda in the "old media". By the time they die out, the majority of citizens will favour a rational approach to this issue.
O'Reillly obviously never watched the documentary. People like that tend to only read or watch whatever reinforces their own opinions . I wouldn't be surprised if he was completely naive to the fact it's been PROVEN that the CIA has smuggled drugs or helped facilitate the smuggling of drugs into the country on more than one occasion. That's not even conspiracy theory nonsense. It's proven fact.
Took the words out of my mouth. Blasting O'Reilly's obliviousness to something like this is perhaps too easy knowing what a corporate stooge he is, but it's that kind of knee-jerk ignorance that helps keep people misinformed about the ugly complexity of the Drug War. And you're right: It's not kooky conspiratorial hoopla. It's been proven by everyone from dealers to CIA and DEA agents to police officers.
If the russians could get us some surface to air missles americans who are disenfranchised from the drug war could gladly shoot down all dea hellicopters.
O'Reilly is the pinhead. A bleating mongoloid of a religious irrationalist, and a hater of individual freedom. O'Reilly is 10 pounds of shit in an 8 pound bag.
this video dosn't say that bill o'riely supports the drug war it is simply bill saying that morales is a douchebag and should learn what the fuck he's talking about before he tries to talk about it o'riely considers himself an educated man and if you come on air and say a bunch of stupid shit like that with no proofs and no valid point then you're gonna get roasted. however bill o'riely is a fag.
yeah and your a fucking pin head too o rielly go stick your tongue up your ass and clear some of the shit out you come out with fucking retard i hope you truly die.
Scare tactics don't work Bill, obviously more people are using and finding out that MJ is really not that big of a deal. Seriously Mr. O'Reilly, the more videos of yours that I watch, the more retarded you become, and the more I realize you better be thankful for "Fux News" or you would be another one of those poor crack-heads suckin dick for a hit.
Obviously billo didnt know Manuel Noriega was on the CIA payroll for over 20 years (you can look that up if you dont believe me) mainly under GHW Bush's watch as CIA director, but then again the Bush family atrocities date back to Prescott Bush who profited from the slave jewish labor of nazi germany through Union Banking Corp, must have been nice when GW Bush visted Auchwitz and saw the empire his grand daddy helped create, oh, then there is Neil Bush looting Silverado S&L, lovely family
Despite all the lives we have destroyed and all the money so ill spent, today illicit drugs are cheaper, more potent, and far easier to get than they were 35 years ago at the beginning of the war on drugs. Meanwhile, people continue dying in our streets while drug barons and terrorists continue to grow richer than ever before. We would suggest that this scenario must be the very definition of a failed public policy. This madness must cease!
After nearly 4 decades of the war on drugs w/ over a trillion tax dollars and 37 million arrests for nonviolent drug offenses, our confined population has quadrupled making building prisons the fastest growing industry in the US. More than 2.2 million of our citizens are currently incarcerated and every year we arrest an additional 1.9 million more guaranteeing those prisons will be bursting at their seams. Every year we choose to continue this will cost U.S. taxpayers another 69 billion dollars
"If my power was that of a dictator and if I had the urge to construct a situation for the promotion of crime, then I would have shaped our societies in a form very close to what we find in a great number of modern states." - Nils Christie
ALERT: The US-MEXICO borders are very sensitive area, it should be stood by the US troops like most countries & USA must create a DMZ!!! otherwise the USA will be falling OFF to the Ocean. (be invaded)
MEXICO would become the Most Base of Terrorist-Gangs Smugglers Country in the World including Illegal Aliens-Crossing, Sneaking into the USA. (Millions# illegals inside the USA already) Time is Running Out.
Maybe if we weren't busy policing the globe with a global military presence, we could better protect our borders. Ron Paul brought up this argument during the Primaries.
"It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left unlocked."
sure, we could send troops to the border, but that is just treating a symptom of the CAUSE. How about we END our 38 year old drug war? I think all rational people recognize the utter futility of this ridiculous and failed policy.
we don't lock up alcoholics, why lock up pot smokers?
Maybe you're just doing for the sake of irony, but that title and the clip that was shown was is a classic example of a fox news style false dilemma fallacy, or black and white fallacy. Bill thinks someone who's against the drug war is a pinhead, so bill supports the drug war.
See, Bill does a fine job of making himself look stupid, no one need to breach logic to make him look wrong and ignorant. You should have shown what he says about it, it probably would have been something stupid.
It's almost impossible to truly discern whom amongst the right wing fear mongers actually believe the trip they spew, and are therefore idiots, and the ones that are actually smart, but evil, and are just capitalizing off the ubiquitous ignorance and fear that pervade our prescription drugged up nation.
I often speculate about some of them....some of them might be REALLY great actors.
Ya it's so obvious Moralez is a pinhead, right O'Reilly? Then again maybe Moralez looked at it with open eyes and came to the conclusion that the war on drugs is a cure that is far worse than the disease.
Bill O'Reilly doesn't show this to people, but he actually always wears a little lace strap around his thigh with lots of money tucked into it from the wallets of corporate businessmen.
Bill O'Reilly said an 11 yr old kidnap victim looked like he was ''having fun'' w/ the 6'5 300 lb child rapist.. so seriously WHO still listens to this blowhole?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
i don't believe you actually heard him say this. if he did i am positive it was sarcasm directed towards someone. i am sorry you think this...lefties make me sad.
How would BILL feel if his 11 yr old 75 lb kid was abducted by a 6'5 300 lb man who repeatedly beat and raped him???? BILL O'REILLY IS A DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
am i the only one that noticed this? at around 18-19 seconds in, the nypd guy puts his finger up against his nose and makes like he just got done snorting some cocaine lol. how ironic.

Just because someone holds up a bag of crack doesnt mean they are for it, you fuckin stupid idiots. You clueless blinders on their eye's photosythesis anus's.
O"really is the dummest asshoe in the world!! "good grif"?!?! fuck you O'Really you clueless ass kissing dog!!!! for those whom have any commonsense look up drug war in america!!! and it shown that shit head (bush Sr.) holding a bag of crack on T.V.
Bush Sr. was probably holding up his and Barbaras stash (notice how he puts it back in his desk)on TV cause as its most likely they were heavy crack smokers.
Fuck the mother fucking Drug War!! It's a scam just like the war on terror!!! Smoke weed and go to jail?? wtf??? Fuck this shit I'm leaving America soon!! If you don't like it "FUCK YOU"!!!!!
Did you also notice the similarities with the "war on terror"
They are telling us that its going to be years (ex. 50+) before this problem is under control.
The only problem I see is that people are pissed of those fuks in Washington and the Pentagon have placed military bases in their countries and now they are trying to occupy Africa with Africom.
The war on drugs, the war on terror, etc... are all B.S
@Trollmaster21 Seriously. Although I love trolling and making fools rage more than the next guy. This time trollmaster isn't trolling anyone. Our drug war has failed and continues to do so hurting our own people instead of treating our drug problem as a health problem and jailing non-violent offenders over their personal choices; many times this leads to making them violent. Only by lifting prohibition, taxing and regulating things taking do we take power away from the ruthless drug dealers.
@Firebrandt:That is the theory and yet to be proven. We can assume you would be willing to take all and any responsibilities for your beliefs that legalisation will do exactly what you adamantly say it will do.
Either way, legal or illegal the drug consumption is a problem for everyone.
Will YOU personally be willing to shoulder the responsibilities of any problems evolving because of legal recreational drug consumption.
I think not, yet you advocate your beliefs and desires with impunity
@happyharv1 You assume anyone is taking responsibility for anyone's actions? Hey generic concerned parent B who wants the government to powder your ass are you willing to take responsibility for a nation of tools following nearly retarded myths about life? Will YOU let Darwinism take its course because obviously legal or not people are going to do what they want (prohibition of alcohol went so well). Man alcohol is so good for you compared to pot a medicine, protein supplement, as
@Firebrandt:I submit comments and point out the real world mechanics of how the landscape will look after the legalisation of marijauna and you go off on some angry anti government, anti establishment tangent that makes no sense at all ( to you maybe because of the drugs)
Legalisation will "resolve" SOME of the current problems.
The drug(s) issue is far from as simple as you and others advocate and or believe it will be as wonderfull and problem free after legalisation as you seem to think.
@Firebrandt: We all know the uses of hemp and marijuana.
We are talking about the "plethora" of social problems associated with the consumption of the intoxicant.
But listneing to your drug induced, drug seduced rehtoric the readers can clearly see you are like most of the pro drug advocates and you can not realise, nor admit any of the problems associated with habital intoxication and any of its negative social ramifications.
All is well with drug consumption in your drug induced world.
@happyharv1 I think you're ignorant and fullish. Yet your bullheaded beliefs come arise yet you advocate both those and your desires with impunity. Hell, I'd much rather push my then push being an ignorant dope especially on a generation that doesn't want to hear more watered down bullshit and essentially filibustering with no valid points. You just spewed shit like an Uncle Sam poster so generic. Its no theory its been proven with other countries, states, and providence's.
@Firebrandt: I am not prohibitionist, never have been but I do not live in a dream world like so many people do who actually believing that all will be well and wonderfull when the drug(s) are legalised.
There will still be rules and regulations and the laws that enforce those rules and there will still be crime involved and there will still be plenty of people going to prison for drug related crimes long after the drugs are legalised.
@Firebrandt: You talk as though those OTHER countries and states and provinces are now problem free ( not a worry at all ) just because they have liberal drug consumption laws.
You talk as if the problems of drug addiction and alcoholism are something that the (Non Consuming ) citizens should be willing to endure and accept without protest and simply allow the druggies and their suppliers to freely do as they please all based on the rights of individuals to be freely intoxicated at leisure.
@Firebrandt: Yes Firebrandt..sadly the realities of habitual intoxication by way of NON ESSENTIAL, recreational drug consumption do come with BAD aspects relative to their liberal wide spread consumption.
Is this the first time anyone has ever informed you about that fact and the sad REALITY of habitual intoxication practised by 20 to 30 million people everyday ( those figures, by the way, are your Pro marijuana can do no harm data and statistics commonly used in defence of marijauna)
@happyharv1 You come back and don't even spell check yourself. Another one of the computer savvy stereotypes I see? Of course with your misinformed rhetoric. Know your history know your present please. Fact check and get back to me. I never said everything is black and white but I see everything as it really is. No nothing will solve everything but we owe it to everyone to do our best in treating a problem and fixing our gross government spending issues. We need reform
@Firebrandt:You can cut the small minded crap anytime Firebrandt.Spelling has nothing to do with the issue.
Reform is happening and when it does (everyone) whines and complains how it effects their comfort zone.
The whole nation is far better off without the "non essential" recreational drug consumption and all the many negative social ramifications that unwarranted drug consumption creates.
The nation is tired of the drug consumption mentality that perpetrates the drug related problems.
@happyharv1 Not blind ignorance spewed out by pundits and swarms of corrupt politicians that are slimier than eels. Learn to spell by the way most browsers are equipped with that feature. Paint a picture that everyone's on drugs that disagrees with you its really impressive. WHELP I BETTER GO LAY DOWN hilarious. Nice videos with cops beating people on your account I see where you stand. Play off like you play devils advocate then try to insult me on the side.
@Firebrandt:Well, it seems that you are a sensitive whiner anyhow while you have all the answers as to how the drug problems can be solved and rectify a very contentious social issue that stems from peoples stupid insistence to consume drugs no matter what the consequences.
Brilliant idea.A real original idea you have there.Eureka! Firebrantd has found the ONLY solution to solving the non essential, recreational drug consumption problems of the nation.
@happyharv1 I think you're upset because legalization is on the way and no one wants to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes when you can smoke pot. Doesn't make you feel sick like other real drugs. Take your bullshit somewhere else because a lot of people who are conscious of the problems plaguing this country have had enough. You act like everyone would shoot up heroin. A lot of jobs would still drug test you so the private sector could take care of it as well you don't think logically.
@Firebrandt:Hmmm.You forgot the part about where I already pointed out that I am not prohibitionist.
I do not support the drug use in any way and I do not let drug addicts and advocators of drug use and all the stupidity of drug use persuade me into believing the nation is better off with the liberal consumption of non essential recreational drugs and the drug users and drug addicts that perpetrate the problems.
You should find yourself a more important and meaningfull cause to support.Really
@happyharv1 A lot of the people on the comments seem to think the same. Too bad you are one of the less literate ones that don't consider all of my good points at all. LEAP is an organization with former and current officers against prohibition. I think people who look to protect and serve us know when the drug war is failing. Good luck dude you obviously are angry.
@Firebrandt: And a lot of people oppose the drug consumption and they are not at all concerned about the beliefs and ideals of drug addicts and habitual drug consumers or those that advocate that drug consumption is OK,while liberal access to the drugs is the way it should be.
Hmmm, So people who oppose non essential recreational drug consumption are less literate, so you say.
Legalise it.
I already said that.
I dont consume any intoxicants so I do not cause any more or further problems.
@Firebrandt: Not angry at all. It is well known and proven that the drug addicts and drug consumers are the ones who are angry at laws that are in place to curb the use of the detrimental drugs.
Do you actually expect the government policies to be dictated by the ideals and mentality of drug addicts and habitual drug consumers and all the other continually intoxicated citizens who have a beef about government policies that do not suit their drug induced, drug seduced, drug consuming agendas
@Firebrandt: Also, as long as the price of the NON ESSENTIAL RECREATIONAL drugs ( no matter what recreational drug you choose to discuss) remains at the present prices or even 1/4 of the present prices there will ALWAYS be illegal entities that will supply the product as long as there is some profit to be made supplying and selling the drugs for less than the legal price in the market.
Many citizens WILL buy the "cheaper" illegal version and in effect support the criminal entities.
@Firebrandt:The prices of the non essential recreational drugs would have to be made deliberately CHEAP ( Very Cheap) to effectively stop the illegal profiteers from wanting to be involved in the cultivation and supplying and selling the numerous recreational drugs, which at present are very profitable for all the illegal suppliers.
Making the non essential recreational drugs ( very cheap) is the key to eliminating the illegal drug supplying entities that currently sustains the war on drugs.
Bill forgot to mention the biggest drugs dealers or them all... The pharmaceutical industry. "Oh no i wont smoke the devil weed, I would rather go pop some oxycontens, perkacets, and whatever the doctor says is Ok." Want another awesome documentary to watch guys? Prescription For Disaster. Professional documentary that shows how congress, and the FDA are bought by big pharma companies. Better then Sicko i think.
why don't you say something about the video bill instead of picking on a dumb actor. and did you guys get a new slogan "fair and balanced" even my christian conservitive midwestern mother thinks your program is obviosly biased.lol
anyone who supports the war on drugs is a fucking pinhead. the fact is that it has been a really expensive 40+ year failure that has had no effect on supply or demand. great return on our investment and genius analysis of the failure. we don't lock up alcoholics, which are drug users. many of these alcoholics are politicians. we treat alcoholism as a social issue, not a criminal issue. why should other drug use be any different? it really is based on profits, not logic.
I have no problem with rednecks who grow weed. I do have a problem with self righteous hipsters who bash the war on drugs while buying drugs from a supply chain which enrich scumbags.
The pot growing rednecks are fine by me. They have no more tolerance for gangsters than I do.
If you saw American Drug War then you would know that it's not scumbags who are enriched by the selling of narcotics, but Washington-backed anti-communist groups such as the Contras who supply Cocaine to United States dealers such as Ricky Ross who turn it into crack to sell on the streets and give some of the profit to the resistance group to fund their war against the socialist Sandinistas, who would disrupt America's capitalist stranglehold on Nicaragua by withdrawing from world trade.
don't generalize, im white, and i have many white friends, none of whom believe oriellys crap. on occasion we will watch it simply to see how warped a mans perception on reality is, but we certainly don't think hes truthful.
Once again generalize everyone so you can cut the small minded crap. Its a problem that's going to be there either way so you need to go about it correctly.

By the time they die out, the majority of citizens will favour a rational approach to this issue.
kwaal 2 years ago 2
O'Reillly obviously never watched the documentary. People like that tend to only read or watch whatever reinforces their own opinions . I wouldn't be surprised if he was completely naive to the fact it's been PROVEN that the CIA has smuggled drugs or helped facilitate the smuggling of drugs into the country on more than one occasion. That's not even conspiracy theory nonsense. It's proven fact.
kwaal 2 years ago 2
Took the words out of my mouth. Blasting O'Reilly's obliviousness to something like this is perhaps too easy knowing what a corporate stooge he is, but it's that kind of knee-jerk ignorance that helps keep people misinformed about the ugly complexity of the Drug War. And you're right: It's not kooky conspiratorial hoopla. It's been proven by everyone from dealers to CIA and DEA agents to police officers.

Every year we choose to continue this will cost U.S. taxpayers another 69 billion dollars

sure, we could send troops to the border, but that is just treating a symptom of the CAUSE. How about we END our 38 year old drug war? I think all rational people recognize the utter futility of this ridiculous and failed policy.

tristramshandy3 3 years ago
Maybe you're just doing for the sake of irony, but that title and the clip that was shown was is a classic example of a fox news style false dilemma fallacy, or black and white fallacy. Bill thinks someone who's against the drug war is a pinhead, so bill supports the drug war.
See, Bill does a fine job of making himself look stupid, no one need to breach logic to make him look wrong and ignorant. You should have shown what he says about it, it probably would have been something stupid.

The drugs are problematic and always will be.
happyharv1 1 week ago
@Firebrandt: You talk as though those OTHER countries and states and provinces are now problem free ( not a worry at all ) just because they have liberal drug consumption laws.
You talk as if the problems of drug addiction and alcoholism are something that the (Non Consuming ) citizens should be willing to endure and accept without protest and simply allow the druggies and their suppliers to freely do as they please all based on the rights of individuals to be freely intoxicated at leisure.

Let the citizens consume at leisure.
happyharv1 1 week ago
@happyharv1 I think you're upset because legalization is on the way and no one wants to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes when you can smoke pot. Doesn't make you feel sick like other real drugs. Take your bullshit somewhere else because a lot of people who are conscious of the problems plaguing this country have had enough. You act like everyone would shoot up heroin. A lot of jobs would still drug test you so the private sector could take care of it as well you don't think logically.
Firebrandt 1 week ago
@Firebrandt:Hmmm.You forgot the part about where I already pointed out that I am not prohibitionist.
I do not support the drug use in any way and I do not let drug addicts and advocators of drug use and all the stupidity of drug use persuade me into believing the nation is better off with the liberal consumption of non essential recreational drugs and the drug users and drug addicts that perpetrate the problems.
You should find yourself a more important and meaningfull cause to support.Really
happyharv1 1 week ago
@happyharv1 A lot of the people on the comments seem to think the same. Too bad you are one of the less literate ones that don't consider all of my good points at all. LEAP is an organization with former and current officers against prohibition. I think people who look to protect and serve us know when the drug war is failing. Good luck dude you obviously are angry.
Firebrandt 1 week ago
@Firebrandt: And a lot of people oppose the drug consumption and they are not at all concerned about the beliefs and ideals of drug addicts and habitual drug consumers or those that advocate that drug consumption is OK,while liberal access to the drugs is the way it should be.
Hmmm, So people who oppose non essential recreational drug consumption are less literate, so you say.
Legalise it.
I already said that.
I dont consume any intoxicants so I do not cause any more or further problems.
happyharv1 1 week ago
@Firebrandt: Not angry at all. It is well known and proven that the drug addicts and drug consumers are the ones who are angry at laws that are in place to curb the use of the detrimental drugs.
Do you actually expect the government policies to be dictated by the ideals and mentality of drug addicts and habitual drug consumers and all the other continually intoxicated citizens who have a beef about government policies that do not suit their drug induced, drug seduced, drug consuming agendas
happyharv1 1 week ago
@Firebrandt: Also, as long as the price of the NON ESSENTIAL RECREATIONAL drugs ( no matter what recreational drug you choose to discuss) remains at the present prices or even 1/4 of the present prices there will ALWAYS be illegal entities that will supply the product as long as there is some profit to be made supplying and selling the drugs for less than the legal price in the market.
Many citizens WILL buy the "cheaper" illegal version and in effect support the criminal entities.
happyharv1 2 weeks ago
@Firebrandt:The prices of the non essential recreational drugs would have to be made deliberately CHEAP ( Very Cheap) to effectively stop the illegal profiteers from wanting to be involved in the cultivation and supplying and selling the numerous recreational drugs, which at present are very profitable for all the illegal suppliers.
Making the non essential recreational drugs ( very cheap) is the key to eliminating the illegal drug supplying entities that currently sustains the war on drugs.
