I thought The Death seens were good and the movie was good but it just bothers me that Jason isnt the Killer in this One instead Its just this crazy paramedic guy who doesnt show his insanity clearly enough , if Tommy jarvis was the killer I would actually understand that due to his phychotic Behaviours and jason Flashbacks.
i dont hate the movie but it was different. like not being jason and it wasint realy a camp it was like a weird patient home i also dident like the look to him because he had that stupid blue strip and looked like michael myers without the hockey mask. lol!

As for the figure, I'm loving the facial expression. Very Jack Torrance. The road flare is a fantastic touch, as well. And I like that the base font matches the crude font on Jason's dream sequence grave.

I am with you on this one Chris. I especially love the opening & climax. The chase scene lasts forever. The mask is awesome, and I own one. I was surprised how much I agreed with the audio comentary. The ratings board had most of the kill sequences chopped. I do not care for junior and his mom. Bad sign of things to come later in the series with there being to much humor. I sometimes wish PT VI was more of a direct sequel with Tommy being the killer.

Excellant custom, love the Roy head detail with Jason shroud. I don't think Part V gets a fair shake honestly. Heck we're not sure it's not Jason til the end and the strong Tommy performance makes up for it imo. I think people who dislike Halloween III have a bigger beef since it didn't include Michael at all (though I like that film too).

Just like you I love Friday the 13th part 5, in fact it's my favorite out of the series! The reason why is because first off I love the idea of the killer not being Jason, to me it makes the movie more suspenseful... even though I have seen the movie like 30 times!!! One other thing I like is the mask design in part 5, personally i think the blue stripe mask was the best looking one!!!
Great figure, One never disappoints with his work. I love Friday V as well, but I love Parts 1-7 as a whole, for me that is the golden age of the series.
@ccg1171 I definitely agree, although I personally only really hate Jason X. I find Parts 8 and 9 and Freddy Vs. Jason to be okay but kind of weak. The reboot's not too bad but still not a patch on 1-7 for me.
Im not a huge fan of 8..I thought JGTH stinks but better then JX..That movie never should have been made..& not a fan of FVJ either,,,the remake was just ok..Now the part 2 remake hes in the snow at a ski lodge =( WHY????

Great review man! Dammit that figure is awsome! I like part 5 aswell. I thought it still had a good friday the 13th atmosphere, it felt like an original one which made it good. I think after part 6, it Friday the 13th did start going down hill, but I did enjoy part 7 and 8, but thats when they atarted to get far fetched.

Well I happen to love part 5, I think it has the most unique deaths of all the F13 movies plus it was something different to see someone posing as the killer, you don't ever get that with the Halloween movies or the Nightmare on Elm street films, its different and because of that I think F13 part 5 has a certain charm to it. One hell of a great custom Roy you have there, Ones customs outdid himself on the face sculpt, congrats to you sir for getting it!

Great review man! Dammit that figure is awsome! I like part 5 aswell. I thought it still had a good friday the 13th atmosphere, it felt like an original one which made it good. I think after part 6, it Friday the 13th did start going down hill, but I did enjoy part 7 and 8, but thats when they atarted to get far fetched.

I think part 5 is cool . I thought the roy burns mask was better than the part 6 mask .Roy is way better than uber Jason . I fucking hate Uber Jason .

Well I happen to love part 5, I think it has the most unique deaths of all the F13 movies plus it was something different to see someone posing as the killer, you don't ever get that with the Halloween movies or the Nightmare on Elm street films, its different and because of that I think F13 part 5 has a certain charm to it. One hell of a great custom Roy you have there, Ones customs outdid himself on the face sculpt, congrats to you sir for getting it!

i actually love part 5, its like in the top 5 of my favorite Frida movies, i think this one ranks at #4! i just loved it it was an awesome movie!
and it was a little break from Jason i guess, at Crystal lake, kills all but 2 people, then "dies" so it was a nice change of pace/ :)

One thing that I enjoy about the movie is that it made you think Jason was alive and then had the twist towards the end.
I would say it is the Friday the 13th film that stands out in the series other then Jason Goes to Hell.
