my pole is in spin mode in this video. If youre a beginner i suggest learning on static for a long time until youre very strong with your moves, THEN move to spinning...!!

ive had this pole for 4 yrs. yes the pole has a spinning or stationary option..

You know I've been thinking about that pole (among other things haha!) it's too bad they don't make a pole with some sort of weak torsion spring (coil spring) inside. because then you could spin in one direction and wind up the spring... then begin spinning in the opposite direction. By pumping your legs the right way at the right time you could theoretically keep that thing spinning all day long and never have to touch the floor. It would add an interesting effect anyways.

i beg to differ.. just because the pole does the spinning doesnt mean that doing the moves is easy. you have obviously never touched a pole in your life or else you would know that it takes different degrees of strength to work a static pole just as much as a spinning one..

You should definately get a pole for your home. The way to measure space is to grab the pole with one hand extended, walk in a full circle around the pole with the other arm outstretched too. Id estimate you would need 4 to 5 ft radius around the pole for space... good luck!!

keep practicing. i didnt immediately get every trick right away. Ive been dancing for almost seven years and it takes alot of time to get good at moves. just stay with it and stay determined and practice as much as you can!!
