This is a tour-de-force for the Genesis the same way that Blaster Master was for the NES: It has awesome music, great graphics, and excellent gameplay. I love Jesper Kyd's work in the music for this game very much. I'm sad to see the music is no longer available for download from his site... I got it back when it was and it's great stuff... the versions on the site were extended versions of what's in the game.

Brutal, and brilliant. I thought the game was awesome before I hit the first level with water... dealing with buoyancy in some places and gravity in others kicked it up several notches!

This game is very, very unique, in every sense of the word.

It's like Solar Jetman on steroids, with one of the sweetest soundtracks to ever grace a Genny game.

I'm proud to say I have actually beaten it, even though it was on the easiest difficulty setting.  Easy for this game is most other games' "Hyper" or "Insane" or "Maniac".

this was definitely one of the hardest games ive played on any system. but definitely one of the best as well. i remember spending so much time trying to beat this game when i was little but i could never get past level 7. i dug it out and just barely managed to beat it last summer though. also has one of the best classic video game soundtracks ive ever heard.

You need to have some determination to figure out level 3. It's so worth it. Very satisfactory when you beat it.

This game was amazing! Some of the best music of any '90s game. Great graphics. Superb gameplay...except that your fuel ran down to0 quickly. It was hard but it was fun. Gravity added some interesting gameplay mechanics.

the trick is speed, collect all the weapon power up's. dont bother with the missiles unless there easy, u dont have to destroy everything, just speed past, level 7 - 8, use the anitpressure as much asyou can, then u crack the game easy. back in the day when i first completed it the 3d ship at the end was amazing, flying over the moon lol
