If that thing has 1000 hp you should be running low 8s to mid 7s all day long. If not then your shit isnt 1000 hp. You must easily have over $30,000 on drivetrain alone to support such hp. HP Isnt anything if you dont have the drivetrain to support it.

@bigblockeater still theres no way theres 1000 horses going through to the rear wheels normally aspirated, if its pushing a 1000 rwhp it has to be a ford big block 460 bored over with a set of port flowed heads matched ported intake, and a high rise cam plus a dominator or mechanical fuel injection, i can see if the gear ratio is too high to make it spin and make it seem like it has 1000 horses but im calling bullshit until i see shots of the engine.
At no point was there any talk of this being naturally aspirated. The car has an F2 Procharger and with the right set-up it is capable of making 1600 HP on the motor. Click on my profile you'll find the engine and dyno posts. Dyno was only with the 20 PP not the 38 PP which would have made the HP numbers much higher.
@nasty5oh yeah i heard a blower whine before out an aluminum lung but theres not many cars around here that use centrifugal blowers in ohio, its mostly turbochargers, but i havent heard one or seen one used at the track

you can clearly hear the procharger, and like iceman says, with the right pulley and internal gears you can easly make 1500+ (Im sure 2000hp isnt hard) with a 347 stroker

@bigblockeater still theres no way theres 1000 horses going through to the rear wheels normally aspirated, if its pushing a 1000 rwhp it has to be a ford big block 460 bored over with a set of port flowed heads matched ported intake, and a high rise cam plus a dominator or mechanical fuel injection, i can see if the gear ratio is too high to make it spin and make it seem like it has 1000 horses but im calling bullshit until i see shots of the engine.

At no point was there any talk of this being naturally aspirated. The car has an F2 Procharger and with the right set-up it is capable of making 1600 HP on the motor. Click on my profile you'll find the engine and dyno posts. Dyno was only with the 20 PP not the 38 PP which would have made the HP numbers much higher.

@slaphappyjacko excuse me im not trying to start an arguement here but i do know what a blower sounds like, never seen a centrifugal charger used on a straight drag car i dont go to those ADRL events its a waste of time, most of the cars at the track i go to is either naturally aspirated with nitrous, or supercharged no one has or had the time around here to mess around with centrifugal, i race at summit motorsports park, and once in a while milan dragway
