@VoiceInBlackness Hunters don't keep bears away because of Anti - Hunting groups, they put more of a downer on legal hunting than that of non-legal hunting. In most provinces bag limits are 2, per person for the black bear. Anti-hunters are doing there best to drop it to 1 and let the bears roam free. Well, even if this was a game farm, it's happening everywhere in the world because bears are being civilized making homes in cities. It's the same with deer. Over-population is more to worry about
