  • only thing you need to say is your name, not one more word.

  • The united states of America (note lower case) was incorporated in

1868/71 [ (Executive Order 12803) do not personate one of the creditors or

share holders or you will go to Prison.18 U.S.C. 914 ] by the Roman Catholic

institute (the corporate U.S. declared *bankruptcy a *second time (1950),

whereby the *Secretary of Treasury was appointed "Receiver" for the bankrupt

U.S. in *Reorganization Plan No. 26, Title 5 USC 903, Public Law 94-564,

    "Legislative History," page 5967).

  • in tn stumping your toe on the sidewalk can be disordley conduct its a widely used law because its so broad anything you do in front of police can be considered disordley conduct, spiting on sidewalk, saying a cuss word[not in anger] jaywalking can also be considered disordley in tn.police use it if they cant find anything else and the altime favorite is STOP RESISTING.

  • thanks for the video dave. keep up the great "anchoring"

  • Why not put the Judge on his oath, get him to state on record that he represents the state, acknowledge that the solicitor/prosecutor represents the state, and that you cannot get a fair trial.

  • what do you expect when law enforcement cant remember if they trook an oath to defend the constitution and has no idea what it says,,,if they arent teaching the constitution what are they teaching?

  • nice work keep it up!

  • "Customers" in the IRS office? Oh, so we can take our business elsewhere?

  • Did Lauren Canario's husband file a power of attorney and an appearance in this case? If so, he should have been okay. If not, he should have done this. It's part of the rules of court as far as I know. As far as the disorderly charge goes, you need to look at RSA 644:2. Was the case appealed for a jury trial in superior court?

  • Magistrate Judge? Arnt Magistrates a representative of the Crown of England?

  • they represent the state. so it is a conflict of interest.you can not get a fair trail.you can go to a higher court where the charge would be dismissed.but you stay in jail for a bit so they like that .

  • If the government would just simply follow the constitution. Especially on the 2nd amendment!

  • sad people

  • Cops, judges, congressmen, and everyone else who works for government should be required to pass a simple written test on the Constitution before taking the oath of office, and periodically to keep their job. They should have to, at least, know the Bill of Rights, and any and all rights of citizens (especially the ones they are most likely to violate). You should know what the document says before you swear to preserve, protect, and defend it. I think you uncovered part of the problem.

  • As we learned from the Ed Huchuli case(NFL referee who made the bad call in the Denver vs. San Diego game a couple weeks ago), NFL referees are required to take a written test WEEKLY on the rules of the game. I find it ironic that cops and other gov't employees are not required to do the same thing. Maybe Ron Paul could introduce a bill requiring all fed employees to pass a basic test on the Constitution before working for the federal government. Maybe this would help a lot.

  • muirhead and Kinsella, sounds familar, oh yeah, those whom violated ed and elaine browns rights, if i remember correctly.

  • I find it most interesting that these feds don't even understand or remember the constitution they swore an oath to defend & protect. Amazing! Thank you again Dave. So the "message" sending made her & the rest of us preemptively guilty? My God! Who does he IMAGINE he is? Corruption! Threats! Abuse! Claims of NOT being guilty of being part of the system that kills people is also unreal!

Again I quote Jim Johnson "One man drives the train, another man loads the car but no one's guilty." TYRANNY!

  • I think many people that swear an oath to the constitution don't actually recognize what they're swearing to protect. I suspect that they sort of have a vague idea that they're swearing to serve "the government".

I think that's true of many people at least.

  • It's a sad tragedy, but I agree; I think it happens more oft than not.

  • @comradepinko I think YOU have no clue!

  • @mikemac871 Have no clue about what? The meaning of the US Constitution? What people think about swearing an oath to defend it?

    Specificity would be helpful.
