The actual voice is saying $398. So...Sunsetter apparently raised the price $101 and couldn't spend the extra money to make a new ad. Guess that tells you how well Sunsetter is doing right now. lol

i noticed this when watching TV, right after 0:26 its got someone else's voice saying the price, very obvious. i cracked up

@CrackNinja It's not someone else's voice. It's the same guy. What probably happened was SunSetter raised the price of their product since the commercial was produced. They brought the same actor back to replace his own dialog with the new higher price. The problem is that the guy is an actor, not a voice over artist. That's why he wasn't very good at matching his original vocal tone.
It wouldn't be so obvious if they just cut to a different shot so to hide the actor's lips.
