If u look at Arkansas, they line up in the spread quite often, and Mallet has a lot of success with it. Richy Rod shouldn't have scared Mallet away. Sure, he isn't mobile, and he can't create plays with his feet. But he has a quick release, NFL arm strength, and precision accuracy. He would have given big blue cohesion and consistency that 1st year, and they might have been bowl eligible. But UM football seems to have a bad habit of letting itself go. When Bo came in the program was a mess. When DickRod came in he had to spend a million dollars to get new weightlifting equipment. The fact is OSU made a commitment to spend resources on its AD so now they are reaping the benefit if that. USC, UF, LSU all did as well. UM didnt. So STFU.

So I was watching Any Given Sunday the other day and the speech reminded me of this video, which I watched about 50 times in the days before the game. With Bo's passing, the hype, everything on the line and the game itself, I remember it was the most emotional few days of my life. It was horrible that we lost, but after watching the video again, I am so pumped for this season. Can't wait to go back to A2 for some games this year. 55 more days. LET'S GO BLUE!
