It always worries me when people take an animal and prevent it from doing just what it was born to do. Goats are a herding animal, that like to climb, and forage and move. This farm is doing nothing to simulate and stimulate a goats natural tendencies.
i wish i could see the design and details of this place.. i also want to ask if the goats are comfortable standing in this.. its very nicely constructed.. love it!!!!
This is a great video, the goats are lively, brighted eyed and look really healthy. Its nice to see Zero Grazed goats being cared for properly, there is footage online of UK Zero grazed goat farms which are a disgrace.
I am assuming this method is used due to lack of grazing space. Also, it would keep the parasites down to a minimum. You can control exactly what is going into the goats. Am I missing anything? Please fill me in...Thanks for the video...Love the music
