motlo meglio il benzina...chi se fà il disiel butta solo i soldi...parere mio..poi uno se ha 40 mila euro e li vuole spende x questo tt merda ok,ma c è molto di meglio a 40 mila di un tt tdi
@darkvaderde that's a very good consumption man :D i've a mazda mx-5 1.8 NC and in average 9 liter -.- with a careful driving. but it's a great car, very fun to drive :)
In simple words: I love him. It is a great car, i even would say, that the TT in general is one of the less Perfect cars, the design is just great. I smile every day as i walk onto the car.
And in combination with the Diesel it's the perfect fit for me, i drive around 50.000 kilometers / year, and the fuel economy is great. Average consumption is around 7,5 Liters - but i drive as fast as possible, so if the highway offers 230 - i go for that.
I had the tfsi for a 1.000 Kilometer testdrive as a rental car and came around 11 liter in average with a similar driving profile. So 3,5 liter saving per 100 km are possible very easy. So for 15.000 Kilometer you would save around 1.000€ on gas - than it depends a bit on your needs. Do you want to have quattro? Go for the TDI because it's the cheapest 4wd TT. If you don't need quattro, than i think savings are not big enough by 15.000 and you should consider the 1.8 TFSI.
@RudolfKarlDiesel
It's more Audi speedometer advance, don't forget that 230 on speedo ain't more than 220 in real. Anyway, it does 226 official though.

Audi A3 1,9 105HP 3K@170
Alfa 166 2,4 175HP 3K@180
I dont understand Audi. With this engine it can do 170-180 easily..

@Chieftec1990 with this engine you can arrive to 5200-5300 rpm at limiter (its very unusless).
with other engine you can't arrive after 4700-4800 rpm. so the difference isn't very much

how about consumptions?
00eldiablo00 2 years ago
In average it's around 7.5 liter / 100 Kilometer - but i'm a really fast driver - the car goes 220 - so i drive 220 :-).
If you watch out for consumption and drive a bit economic, than 5-6 liter are possible very easy.

simply great if you would drive fast as possible a tfsi 2.0 would consume 13-14 gas. Do you think a TDI is enough for 15.000 km per year.
