not bad you messed up a little on the eyes (they aren't facing the same direction) but other than that you did very well especially on the shading. all in all i have to say if that was free hand very nice. And if you had a reference still nice not many people can actually draw something thats already drawn with/out tracing it in the beginning. i bet  you could probably draw better than me.
