Good job! How long did it take you to get to such a level on bars? How often did you have classes? I would love to start adult gymnastics too! Hopefully I'll get to do it soon. =)

Thank you for nice comments, everybody! I've been in adult gymnastics for more than 10 years and I've been working out 3-4 times a week. I learned my first giant circle at 43. Now I'm 50 and feel great to be able to challenge more new skills. Good Luck on your workout!

Thanks! I'm 50, and this video was filmed a few weeks before my 50th b-day. I've been enjoying participating in the adult gymnastics meets :)

You are SO inspiring! I am 37 and got back into gymnastics a year ago. What kind of meets do you compete in? Is it through the USAIGC? What state do you do that in? I am thinking of doing it next season in NY.

I go to the local meets, like Senior Olympic and Master's meet in Southern California, and Japan.
