What a treasure of a tribute this was to my FAVORITE actor. Patrick McGoohan spoiled me; if he isnt in it, I dont want to watch it. RIP, I will never forget you.
I got a poor VHS-DVD transcription of The Moonshine Wars on eBay. It's never been released on DVD and I wonder if it ever will, it's fun but not a fantastic movie. I'd forgotten that Pat McG was in it, I got it for Lee Hazlewood - he's the man.
I worked on the set of "The Moonshine War" when I was a teenager. Met most of the stars.Alan Alda was a very nice guy as was Joe Williams, the blues singer. Pat MCGoohan was a very friendly chap also.Lee Hazelwood bummed about a carton of cigarettes from me.lol Can't find much about this movie....does anyone know where I can see some clips or get more info ? It would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Rest In Peace, Patrick. You were the best. Never expected to see any footage of Rafferty. Hope to one day see the entire series, though from what I've read, you didn't enjoy the program very much. Anything with your acting in it is a true gem. Be Seeing You!
i loved the episodes i've seen of rafferty. the guest stars were always pretty horrid but PMG was great as usual. i also love the paddy's extremely seventies hair.
two living needs to be released on dvd, it's a great film.
major tom to ground control!
and i'd really like to see this day in fear. it looks swell.
Even by his own admission this was the worse thing he ever did!!
Pure crap!!! -I refer to Rafferty of course...everything else was brill!
