@reggscola933 don't fret over past wrong-doing. learn from it & keep steppin foward. cast it off like dirty laundry. JAH want InI to live positive & not in remorse/guilt. The dietary laws in book of Leviticus is general guideline for Ital ("clean" or "kosher") foods; as for fasting, a full fast is no food at all but remember to drink a lot of water so you don't get dehydrated; fast slowly at 1st, only for hrs or a day; drink juice or herb tea after to start, then light foods
