I think hes just showing what its like to cheat on akantor, I say its ok to cheat if you have beaten the monster no cheats liget armor and legit wepions that you can have at that point of the game and not fully upgraded,and if you have all the wepions/armor you want, or throw away what you get from the quest than its ok since It can be entertaining sometimes, if cheats are used to make progress or get armor/wepions than the cheater = the definiton of a noob
