  • John redman is way too focused on trying to sell the plane, while mr Somenzini was trying to explain the product...find someone who is not like a car salesperson. Nobody likes how he just interrupts and seems way too over excited.

  • What I don't get is why they call it so light, the wing loading is really high for an aerobatics plane!

  • its a great plane. the best in the foam range. the only lie they 're saying is...its "weather friendly". it is not. its a week i have it and after a couple of hours in the italian spring sun, the paint is coming off piece by piece literally melting and the glue holding the pieces together is turning yellowish. not good.

anyway, i recommend this plane to everyone. it flies great, no matter what kind of style. it just flies and does whatever you want it to do.

  • Give us Jim Booker back please, This Redman guy is not serius. He have one of the worlds best RC pilot beside him, he should show a little bit respect to Mr Somenzini and let him speek about his new product with out any interuption.

That old car salesman type is out of date since many years ago. It´s like on TV shop every time you go behind the camera, you have good products and good employers around you. Calm Down 500% and trust in your products....

  • SOLD

  • I could see myself flying that :)

  • Would love to have it... It will take me exactly 3 1/2 months to save for this one. Humm...

  • Picked up one of these the other day. A pattern plane of similar size would rock to go along with the yak 54! I like Johns style on these info videos.. met him before at an indoor flying event and he was very straight forward, knowledgeable, and to the point.. on his day off he was helping fellow modelers as well. Looking forward to future carbon z products!

  • I'm not sure whether it's a good thing or a bad thing, but John, you seem very 'in your face' compared to say Jim's style of presenting. Imean this in the nicest possible wayt o help you get feedback from us viewers. I'm not sure if it's something viewers will like so much but it's definately something to think about and see how the rest of the viewers percept this. However, you are very thorough and clear with what is going on which help the viewers to understand what is going on.

  • Love it. Ordered it. Rigid, strong, easy, affordable, light. Quique, you da man! :)

  • Sorry i dont care whats in the wings 299 for a PNP and 399 for a fricking BNF Sorry...

Foam planes should not be more then $250 BNF either A foam or Z foam...lol

So its $100 more for a receiver?

  • @eastcoast78 good point

  • @eastcoast78 The reason there's $100 difference between the BNF and PNP version is the PNP version needs a receiver, battery and charger. The BNF version gives you an AR600 receiver, a 4S 2800mAh 30C Li-Po pak and a variable rate DC Li-Po balancing charger. Which for $100 is not too bad at all. But I do agree the overall price for this plane should be lower. This airplane is nice and unique, but a fair price for this should go for is something like $279 BNF and $179 PNP. Just my opinion.

  • @RepoMan550 i just bought the PNP for 250 euros/353 USD here in Italy and after 5 flights i can say it is worth the money. if i had paid it 100 dollars more i would say the same. it is just amazing.

  • Great to see another video about C-Z ;-) and HH have done it again now all we need now is a PZ upgrade of the SpitFire and i'll be a happy man lol.

  • @stratosjoebar foamies are cool, there easy to fix but they flex like mad. My pz extra is a flex machine. If this is as stiff as they say it would be great. Balsa performance, foam durability.

  • its just a foamy with a different name guys, come on.....

  • I'll wait for the Chinese clone and save some cash.

  • @archer7153 yeah you 're right. considering that this one here is made in china anyway.

so same factory, less money. YAY!

  • Nice. A little expensive though. But it does sound great.

  • I fly helis and im liking the look of this

    and good new host

  • John is jokes, amazing!!!

  • JB had some big boots to fill but John does it with pizazz.

  • John...you did a heckuva job doing this video as "moderator"

  • Nice video, great plane but I have got to say that it is way to expensive. At around £250!

  • Awesome Plane guys love it

  • wow, well done guys, looking forward to flying this plane too

  • Awesome new commentator. Mr. Redman adds a whole new level of awesomeness to the reviews.

  • @RCFlyingBoy2009 Yes he is great!

  • hehe john made me laugh... soo enthusiastic

    really good job though

parkzone radian is my latest plane after my super cub lp

after completely mastering to the best anyone can do could i fly this?

    thanks

  • @tomtom4867 well if you have friends that fly these then they could buddy box with you. but, if not i'd invest in a less expensive 4 channel plane before flying this. 4 channel is way different than 3 channel, well at least if your flying the right way.

  • @tomtom4867 i would think so, you just have to remember that planes like this are not forgiving, you have to be in control the whole time.

  • i bet the chinese will copy this technology and mkae Carbon Z yak 54 clone

  • the rigigidness rules!!!! lol great plane but the review is late ive known this is out for a long time almost a month

  • I should have one on the way to my house for the Holidays!!! WOOHOO!

  • Again with this new Carbon-Z Yak lol Its just taunting me! I want one so bad but I don't want to spend the money for it at this time. Maybe later down the road.

anyway Still a awesome Plane. Great job Horizon!
