  • Paula with all due respect, this is a very complicated subject and your interuptions make this so hard to follow. I have been studying this subject for over a year and I am having trouble staying focused, you change the direction of Mr. Raja's focus. I have personally talked numerous times to Mr Raja and he was very clear and detailed in his explanations. You need to ask your questions after he is done. He is a rare gem, and you need to let him speak.

  • Paula you invited Raja on the program to explain his process and the results yet you continually interupt him throughout the program. It easy to see that Raja himself is annoyed with the frequent interuptions. Let the "expert" speak!!!!!

  • Why doesn't she let Mr Raja talk about what he knows about, instead of keep butting in with stupid marijuanha shizz...she needs to learn how to STFU...

  • Paula, I listened to the entire 3 hours. Raja was good to listen to but he is not a lawyer. Even you introduce him as a Fraud Examiner and a CPA. It's misleading to allow other posters to smear this presentation as it has a lot of value. Thanks for all you do.

  • Paula, I thought your show was quite informative. My comments were only meant to spark interest and add to the conversation regarding what we need to do to fight the banks' illegal foreclosures.

  • @TheSharonHanson I never said that your opinion is legal advice. It's incorrect whether it's legal or not. Indeed, you argued by failing to address the right issue raised by the poster. She did not pay him $750 for what he said on TV to the public. I didn't accuse you of anything. I only said that your opinion is not good enough to be given to the complainant. Did you pay Raja $750 (or even $1) for what you have learned from him on TV that was worth thousands of dollars according to you?

  • @DMTGOD3 Your comments are inappropriate and I hope the moderator takes them down. I'll not agrue with you.

  • @TheSharonHanson Why are my comments inappropriate? Are you the only one who can give free and sometime incorrect opinions to people in this matter? Who is the moderator that would take my opinion down and on what ground? A great lawyer capable of exposing sophisticated fraudulent conduct of big corporations is not necessarily honest enough to refund unearned fees. He may also be too busy or negligent enough not to render services paid for. This may be cause for suspension as an attorney.

  • @DMTGOD3 OMG Raja is not an attorney. You really don't have a clue do you?

  • @TheSharonHanson I did not know that. Thank you for the information. I was told by Paula that he was an attorney. I did not watch his show that seems to be a big hit. I may watch it one day when I have time. For now I just do not like prefessionals who do not keep their words, if this is the case. Maybe, Raja never took $750 from the complainant. Paula answering for him did not deny that. She said he needs more time to perfom his duty. Do I take any side but that of truth and justice? Love!

  • @DMTGOD3 Do you think you are god?

  • @TheSharonHanson Now this is not an issue

  • @DMTGOD3 I'd rather have a root canal. No thanks, you're too rude for me.

  • @TheSharonHanson Now, saying things the way they are is rude for you? So, how about, I love you any way, since I see that you only mean well? But, giving advice as a grandma is not good enough to help people fight big corps cheating miliions of people for hundreds of billions of dollars. It would be like having 32 root canals at the same time. Don't I have good humor, too? Love and peace to you! Watch my shows especially the latest one: "DMT: THE G-ANGELS ARE COMING". You'll laugh a lot.

  • @TheSharonHanson You are welcomed to watch my shows on Paula Gloria by tying in YOUTUBE Search "We God Almighty Part 1" or "DMT the God Within" and call me by any name you like.

  • Continued. And as mentioned by Randy, show up in court in solidarity. It helps and the judge is less likely to ignore the law and whitewash your case when numberous people are present. I have personally seen this myself. The judges are still siding with the banks in the state I live in but it makes them uncomforatable and being uncomforable for illegally throwing people out is where we want them to be and is also the first step to changing thier minds.

  • You will be amazed at what you will find. Raja is a pro and as such the work he is doing could run into the thousands easily. If you hired him for $750 you have done well and should treat him with respect. I know you are desperate so I understand but $750 is not a lot of money to pay someone with his skills. These are complex issues and you shouldn’t expect personal knowledge to come to you through osmosis, you really need to study like it was homework.

  • @TheSharonHanson yes I agree people like Raja are precious and their time needs to be guarded by all so that we can keep the very big picture in mind. I like what you say about how foreclosure is affecting everyone, not just those directly fighting it. Would you like to tell your story? On camera or off?

  • @TheSharonHanson This is not a right answer or explanation. A lawyer may not charge one dime for service not rendered. The issue is not about his skill or legal comptence but about service he had promised to render. Even had he promised to assist the client pro bono, i.e. without any fee, he must do it.

  • @DMTGOD3 I didn't say what you are accusing me of. I am not interfering with the posters' contract with Raja I am only stating he got a good deal and that the value of his work could run in the thousands. Perhaps I miscommunicated. The important thing is that we stay involved in our cases in my opinion. My opinion should not be construed as legal advice in any shape or form. You should hire a competent lawyer if you want to fight your foreclosure.

  • Thanks for asking. In my opinion the best thing a homeowner facing foreclosure can do is become educated, obtain all your documents from the county, courts and public trustee if applicable. There are several good websites like living lies and 4closure Fraud where you can educate yourself and help in your own defense. In addition educate everyone you come in contact with as it doesn't affect just you or your foreclosure but everyone. Review all of your documents and review them again.

  • Continued. MERS is a beneficiary or described as a nominee on the Deed of Trust but you need to be a creditor in order to foreclose. The result is the title to the property has been slandered.

  • @TheSharonHanson thank you for the clarity. In your experience what is the best method for an average person to adopt to rectify both his personal situation as well as the overall financial health of his society?

  • The other important thing to mention is Raja's explanation of the UCC change when they securitize your loan. He explains that the note is not a note anymore. The Deed of Trust no longer describes the note. This is called bifurcation or the splitting of the note and DOT. If the bank securitized your loan then it converted the negotiable instument to a bond therefore it is governed by UCC Article 8 not Article 3 and 4. Borrower becomes an undisclosed investor. Payment never goes to MERS.

  • I'm also almost finished with the presentation and I think both men should be commended. Raja is very knowledgable and like I said he knows what he is talking about. I'm a former auditor and was in finance and accounting for years. When he held up his file that had tabs showing where his loan was in several pools I'm not sure Paula understood but with my finance background I understood right away what he was saying. I applaud Paula for an exceptional job making it understandable to all.

  • @TheSharonHanson "When he held up his file that had tabs showing where his loan was in several pools I'm not sure Paula understood but with my finance background"

    you are right I didn't understand////

  • Paula, any chance you could email me his presentation?

  • What books are there on this subject for the UK...I think everything in this video refers to america.

  • Paula,

We assembled here in New Hampshire to watch your show. This was three hours of good production. The comments below which were posted by your "critics," were without merit or fact. It's especially unnerving to see that you drew such criticism for providing a great service for THEIR benefit.

The BAR Association, a foreign criminal enterprise, permeated all three branches of the de facto government. Search the "Original 13th Amendment" and "Act of 1871 PDF." We've been overthrown.

  • This interviewer constantly interjects. Let the guys who know what they are talking about talk ffs!!!!!!!! I couldnt watch this.

  • @searchforknowledge1 You talked yourself right out of a great and informative presentation.

  • In Nebraska, after Corporations moved jobs abroad, they laid off many of the remaining tenured employees and imported India people to take the place of the American's they terminated. For Example, First Data Resources in Omaha Nebraska has hoards of India people hand stuffing your credit card statements into envelopes. Can you say "Where does Identity Theft Stem From?"

  • @TruthBugg the blame still lay with the debtor. Since the debtor was never to go into debt to begin with, he is now slave to the lender. He has no rights, he has privileges.

Identity theft comes from everyone. Nationalities are not thieves, people are. Every American is a thieve to the original inhabitants all for the love of fake (fiat) ownership, of property.

Every bit of it is a fraud.

  • @gorgeousdzastr who is the debtor? I would say the debt is to the American people. The next question is who is American

  • @paulagloria The debtor is anyone who owes a debt.

We were never ever suppose to allow ourselves to go into debt for any reason. It is all an illusion.

If we do go into debt, we fell for the biggest illusion ever told. Paper money (monopoly) has no value. It can never have value. It is a promise to pay, so the actual debt was never paid. That's why you are taxed (paying a penalty) for using something that does not belong to you.

The debt is owed by the US citizen. Citizen=slave

  • @gorgeousdzastr If a third party pays the debt such as the government bailout then the debtor is no longer in debt and since the government HAS bailed out the banks for the bad mortgages the bank commits fraud when it repossesses the house or steps in to collect what they never funded in the first place.

  • @gorgeousdzastr "That's why you are taxed (paying a penalty) for using something that does not belong to you.

The debt is owed by the US citizen. Citizen=slave"

The debt is owed TO the people of these united states as per our Constitution. The taxes are collected for the sovereign as a kind of "rent" on land used that is owned by the sovereign until he/she returns. In our case we are a member of the Sovereign People.

  • @gorgeousdzastr pt 2 citizen=slave (under 14th amendment only)

This I believe is why Robb Ryder says marketable deed is flawed because someday the owner may show up. This remedy, if claimed, can thwart those who speculate on the basic needs of others* so that monopoly does not strangle society. It is rarely claimed in court or understood due to ignorance. Learn the law & stand up for yourself as no one can do it for u. A sovereign must exercise authority and you are a sovereign

  • @gorgeousdzastr As far as taking land from the Indians you are right that was wrong but that was the past. If you feel bad about it today give your share back to the Indians and move to another country.

    -Joe Barton

  • @paulagloria I was stating a well known fact, it appears as though you are the one who still has feelings about it. It shows in your defensive remark. Truth is the world don't belong to us anyway, we're mere facilitators in a trust.

In reality, the United Stated Corporation pushed them off the territory that they agreed on The US reneged. I don''t have any feelings about anything that didn't evolve me anyway.

My brother's friend is not my friend. My father's debt is not my debt.

  • @gorgeousdzastr what's defensive about saying you are a sovereign. the line about "give your share back to the Indians" was meant to be funny you should have laughed and moved on

    -Joe Barton

  • @paulagloria I suppose.. at the same time how can one claim anything if we came in this world naked? We are only sovereign with compact and need more than one to make a compact. No one man is an island. Can't make a claim if you can't prove anything. Facts are on the moon.

    but yea.. moving on.

    cheers

  • @gorgeousdzastr Talk about a disconnect.

  • @TheSharonHanson Occupy the courts in your area

    -Joe Barton

  • @paulagloria it says I removed a comment...I don't remember doing that

  • @TheSharonHanson One of the problems we all face is we have allowed the courts to become so corrupt along with our politicians they have been bought and paid for. Now justice for the common man is impossible unless a million common men stand up and say "enough is enough".Time for us 2 occupy the courts. If someone is going to court we can't let them go alone. The more people that show up and witness the trial the harder it is for them2 railroad people. Organize occupy the courts

  • @paulagloria Thanks for all the replies and I agree that we have to show up. I wonder though what happened to my comment. I'm glad you are doing this, thanks.

  • @TheSharonHanson your comment is on the next page as there are so many comments they get moved to the back...They are there

thx for your careful consideration of this important topic

  • @TheSharonHanson Yes I agree and I was the producer for Jane Goldberg's "Reality TV Group Therapy" and she too had a vision for truth and you rightly see my enthusiasm for the mortgage topic and how important it is that the information be REAL.

    Paula Gloria

  • So how do we recoup? The money you make with MY money is MY money. There is no statute of limitation on fraud. I want my house back, my principle payments and ALL profits from the securitation of my notes. MY NOTES. My wet ink signature makes them MY PROPERTY. I want them back.

  • And even if those who sign the affidavits (which is what the court is relying on to determine breech) the signer was not present at the alleged signing of the original mortgage and so he is a third party interloper and has no first hand knowledge of the matter. So by that right, a foreclosure should never be able to move forward.

  • Judge Dale T. Pasell

La Crosse County Circuit Court, Branch 5

La Crosse County Courthouse & Law Enforcement Center

333 Vine St., La Crosse, WI 54601-3296

    Telephone (608) 785-5880 - Fax (608) 785-5607

Crooked as country road. When I silenced the bank's attorney, Pasell took over the prosecution. Nice eh? He even altered my court transcripts. What a guy! I'm still not done with this by a damn sight.

  • @AceOfHeart2012 "He even altered my court transcripts." They have done that in my case also. It seems standard in the corporate courts 2 alter the records. We tried 2 tape the court proceedings but only they can have a record & they do not believe in public trials where the public can record the proceedings. This we all must change & demand our right to cameras in the court, so the ppl can have a record that hasn't been altered. Check out Rod ClassDOTcom 4 help

  • The name of the book, THE LAW AND PRACTICE AS TO PROBATE ADMINISTRATION AND GUARDIANSHIP IN THE SURROGATE COURTS IN COMMON FORM AND CONTINUOUS BUSINESS INCLUDING ALL THE STATUTES RULES AND ORDERS TO THE PRESENT TIME TOGETHER WITH A COLLECTION OF FORMS - GENE KEETING?

  • @42quebec no the book is not by Jean Keating, he recommended it. It is by Alfred Howell...great book!

  • Hi all, I have emailed Mr. M. Nawaz Raja and asked him to FedEx the report to me. He claims that it was lost in the mail after it was mailed to me. I personally would like to have the report and I have offered to reimburse Mr. Raja for the cost of the FedEx upon arrival of the report. I will post again when I have the report in hand. Until then I am hoping that he really is an honest man and hopefully we can blame this as a case of an inept U.S. Postal Service.

    Michael Foster

  • @mikezzz31978 Do you realize that in nyc a lawyer charges $500/hour and won't do near the work that Raja does? In our dealings with him we have found him to be not only honest but courageous. To be putting out the truth that he is putting out puts him in great danger. We do believe he is in this for more than money. When do you go to court on your foreclosure case?

  • @mikezzz31978 Did you get satisfaction from Mr Raja? When is your court date?

  • Bankers... they're all Aliens from another planet. They just cant be human. They are without a soul or compassion. They are parasites feeding on mans labor and manipulating him through his ignorance. The bankers revel in a drunken frenzy as they swiftly move forward with their life-long agenda to suck out all our wealth, destroy the middle class and ultimately control the world. But guess what, we win this time! I Love ya Paula Gloria! Keep up the good work.

    The Ugly Judge

  • M. Nawaz Raja received $750.00 from me for a forensic audit on August 2, 2011, and has never produced a report on my parents mortgage. I have spoke with him on the phone and the report is coming in a week and the report doesn't arrive, and I call again after 3 weeks and he says it will come the following week and it never arrives. I have called and left voice mail messages on numerous occasions and he never returns my calls. THIS MAN IS A CON MAN in my opinion. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!

  • Comment removed

  • @mikezzz31978 Wouldn't you rather have the examination than $750.00? We have talked to Raja about your case and he says he will straighten it all out. So far it really does not look like deception on Raja's part. He will be in touch with you. Hopefully this can be cleared up to your satisfaction.
