I remember the signs of strong wind or heavy downfall of rains before the typhoon/storm reach the land. One or two days before the typhoon reach the land, these are the possible signs if it will bring rain or has strong winds. a.) Strong wind will blow giving us the warning that it has strong winds(the case of typhoon rosing) b.) The heavy rains will be experience showing a signal that it has heavy clouds and widely distributed in the atmosphere.
