  • @thekingofoakland Hey man, the reason people get weight gainers because the calories are over 1000, some have fats to make people gain weight. Plus, 45-60 gs of protein which is good. A regular protein(which is basically just the protein) you should take 1-2 scoops, you should not have 94gs of protein or even 72gs(3 scoops).

  • @scootmore94xD It tastes good and actually mixes the best out of all the powders(which is really good if u dont use a blender like i sometimes do). However, Im recovering from jaw surgery, so I havent been able to see any results and such after a workout. However, its a very lean, healthy protein and doesnt come with extra stuff. Plus, I have only heard/read good things about it. Real mass & true mass are both great products. I saw more results with real mass. Muscle juice is worst out of them
