@RobertsDigital - to be fair to William he wouldn't be allowed to serve in Afghanistan as he is the heir to the throne after his father and therefore too high profile a target for the taliban. It would make as much sense as sending the U.S. Vice-President. Harry is only the "spare" and so is basically more expendable. Also William is serving as an RAF search and rescue helicopter pilot so he's not exactly sitting around doing nothing. Harry is more sexy though lol.
@maddie7243 there were British citizens also working in the Twin Towers that day, not just Americans. (also other international business were located in the Twin towers.)
