Matt Cooke this year....Jarkko Ruutu/Georges Laraque in previous years. All are well known "instigators" aka: cheap shot artists (At least Laraque will throw down and fight...he's more of a goon than an instigator). Every team has them for good reasons. You don't really know hockey if you think the Pens have no goons or instigators...
