great dismount but she's have to improve her pike in and out .. her toes are a little sloppy

She is SO much better than Semenyova; look at Vika's gorgeous lines, perfect form and every element has maximum extension on it. She has one of the best Tkachev's I have seen, and her dismount is a mile above the bar. Wonderful stuff.

She can definitely challenge He Kexin if she upgrade her difficulty.
