@Ajwilson18 No it does not the pipe is a few inches away from the passanger foot peg but, you know you still must be careful when your passanger gets off the bike b/c I once got burnt on it.

Super sweet ride, like the sound of the pipes, even for a Injected bike, they sound good and throaty !!!
