had my surgery on 4-26-2006 ..by 12-26-06 just 8 months post op i lost 180lbs....Weight before surgery 400lbs....about to reach the 3 year mark and gaining weight again,,weighing in at 250lbs today...any tip's would be greatly appreciated...
