the "stepping" is to restet the crosshairs which is to make the bullet go straight thru the middle, and no shit he didnt mov his crosshairs!! why would he if hes aligned with the guy,
actually that was a shitty no scope,,,,,, some would say that wasn't even a no scope.......b/c you scoped in then took one step right.... back left then shot..... so your barrel was the same height from the first one....oh ya but you missed the second one to and FINALLY hit it on the third
