  • Using body movement as a "lever" of the entire audio-phonatory loop is an EXCELLENT as well as very old tradition. The idea of slowing down and accelerating is also excellent. All this "rubato" will work better if the conductor were to "drums" some DIVIDED beats of a measure BEFORE each start of an acceleration. Vowels will be better anticipated, and everyone could "start off" together. I enjoyed the SPIRIT of the group, and appreciated their voices.

  • Scheußlich, so etwas ins Internet zu stellen.

    Schreckliches Benehmen in einer Kirche

  • Who rents a church. It's a place to hold religious service, not an audotorium

  • What is this. Do they call this a Roman Catholic church?

  • No, they call it a church that they rent out to local performing groups to raise money for the homeless. Get off your self-righteous judgemental soapbox.

  • Interesting. This looks like a good lesson at following a conductor. There are so many church choirs around who just don't pay any attention to their leaders.

  • get on with it.

    feh.

  • Get over yourself. We RENTED the space for a concert. I'm pretty sure judging is against your beliefs too - but you seem to be doing a pretty good job of that.
