  • Good vid. Your getting me to try it

  • @trollin4n00bs Thank you

  • Hi, i am trying to loose a lot of weight, I currently am around 500 lbs, so I need to loose a lot. I was wondering if I add the whey to oatmeal will that be good for me even if im not doing work outs? I know that generally oatmeal is good because it stabalizes your bloodsugar and makes you less hungry.. Thank You.

  • @redneck500 I would say yes..However I would strongly suggest consulting a dietitian or a certified personal trainer. With the amount of weight you are wanting to lose, you want to make sure you are doing it correctly. GREAT LUCK TO YOU MAN!! STAY POSITIVE!!

  • can you mix in the protein before you microwave it?

  • @johnjamesholt yes!

  • I have an Oatmeal Whey smoothie every morning for breakfast, I use scoop of Gold Standard Natural Whey, some almonds and walnuts for flavor, a dab of maple syrup, a cup of Quick Oats, a Cup of Organic Milk, and a cup of Organic Soymilk. This is a big shake and keeps me full from 6 AM to 12 noon.

  • @nutbuster360 ya man I almost puked to I had vanillia.

  • @moneyforreald yeah, best to use a chemical free Natural Falvored whey instead of one with flavorings... then you stuff oatmeal straight!

  • i just mix it with a blender and water, drink that shit down....

  • @IDMWEIGHTSIDM lol...me too!!

  • @IDMWEIGHTSIDM : Is Chocolate Whey Protein any good with milk?

  • @elitecssplayer Yes, yummy

  • @buybulkwhey really? I will try it. I am 16 years old and I do a series of excersises from Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun off. 45 minute workout and I go hard since I don't have alot of time at lunch hour. When should I have this protein and how much?

  • @elitecssplayer I would say post workout, 1 scoop mixed with 10-12 oz of any beverage you would like. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions!

  • @buybulkwhey Thanks a bunch, I don't have any other questions.

  • @elitecssplayer Anytime man!

  • You did a good protien early meal but there's only one problem with ur video u didn't put organic raisens so u just add a lot of calories and fructose and be a problem because the protien gonna have a hard breacking down in ur body but nice vid bro

  • @evilways7 GREAT POINT!! Thank you, and I will add some organic raisens. Cheers:)

  • Kill 2 birds with one stone! Ha! I did this and thought I was the most inventive person in the world....lol guess not?

  • @bbrofl LMAO....great minds think alike!! It's a great mix

  • ya i tried protein oatmeal and almost puked...but i used the french vanilla flavored.....which is the reason why it probably tasted nasty

  • @Nutbuster360 Yeah man, I have done that before. The unflavored is the way to go.

  • @buybulkwhey where do you get unflavored whey protein at?? cuz i cant find any?

  • @Nutbuster360 buybulkwhey(dot) com

  • Half a cup of semi skimmed milk/ 1/2 cup of water +oats

Microwave 2 min stirring half way

add 1 scoop of flavoured whey ( currently strawberry) with a tiny bit of extra water to help it mix..

    voila great tasting oatmeal...

  • @az958 nice!!! i AM STEALING THAT RECIPE! THANK YOU FOR POSTING.

  • thanks for posting this video, it sure is going to help me when i get the whey protein that i ordered, i usually eat oats at breakfast but since the flavour ain't that nice i usually take up to 30 mins just to eat a bowl, i hope that when i mix the whey protein it tastes better , since its strawberry flavoured

  • @LeftInBlankAwesome!! please let me know how it tastes!!!

  • @LeftInBlank i got strawberry i think it taste like shit

  • @FOXRIDERPRODUCTION1A The protein or the oatmeal?

  • Steel cut oats take 30 minutes to cook or longer

  • yep:)

  • What i like to do is Get Natural peanut 1 tspn, 1 banana sliced and protein power mixed into oats taste delicious!

  • Hells yeah! That is a great mix man..we will try to shoot a video on your mix

  • what I like to to is get quaker old fashioned oatmeal and put some strawberry protein powder and one tablespoon of skippy peanut butter, half a cup of milk and slice up a banana on top.

  • I am trying your recipe today! Sounds great, keep em coming!!!

  • @buckwheat40 skippy peanut butter is bad for u

  • @hbggb56 Agreed! Use Adam's :)

  • Sweet! That must taste good!!

  • i like to use milk in my protein drinks tastes more like a milkshake and u get a little bit more protein

  • is it true that if i put on whey protein in hot water, the nutritions in it are gone? coz im scared of drinkin my protein powder with hot or warm water. since i started drinkin protein powders.. they always say ... mix with cold water.. idk.. i wanna try it with some 100% whole grain rolled oats, glass of water and couple scoops of protein powder. but idk if its a waste if i do that.. need some answer. thx

  • @dannahreyes Probably not, I mean you cook chicken, eggs, steak etc and all are very nutritious when you eat them. You will be fine.

  • Hey, just a general question. Is a protein bar a good evening snack eg.. the Musashi SLM lo-carb bar? thanks (getting paranoid cos I ate one)

  • that's almost exactly how i do my oats everyday.. quick, simple and nutritious. great way to start off the day.

  • the cardinals are playing in the background lol

  • can i use 100% Whey Protein(chocolate flavor)? can i mix it and eat it in the morning before i go to school?

  • Yeah, you should be good to go as long as you like the choc flav in your oatmeal. I always use blueberries in mine so I couldn't use choc. It would be weird!

  • same stuff i got and it tastes great!

  • i use honey

  • good call! just put some in my green tea! YUM

  • would this be ok for like... a 13 year old? I'm not specifically trying to just get bigger, I wanna build more lean muscle and kinda get rid of the fat i have

  • Whey protein is safe and is already in many of the things you are probably eating daily. Did u know it's in Cheeze it crackers, candy bars, pop tarts and many other foods, including almost all dairy products like yogurt, milk, cheese etc. Just the other day I was looking at some popsicles with real fruit and they had whey in the ingredients. Come up to our forum for more details.

  • Looks great!

  • Thanks sister!

  • I used blueberries and strawberries.

  • realy nice i do the same thing tnx.
