Dobbs had a business program on Cnn in the mid 90's. Think it was called Moneyline. On the show Kathleen Hayes (now bloomberg, i see)did review the incoming economical reports. Dobbs treated her like a little girl everytime she was there. It was disgusting!

I love that Americans are starting to go after the other problem in politics besides our elected representatives. News anchors have felt that they are exempt from public and political scrutiny because they are supposedly the voice of truth or reason in a world full of lies. I know I'm sick of anchors giving me opinion instead of facts and calling it news. Dobbs festers conspiracy theories to bump his ratings much like Fox & MSNBC and it's no loss to see him go.

Radical organizations such as La Raza worked night and day to get rid of Dobbs, not because they were interested in accuracy of reporting, but because Dobbs was a vocal advocate for our immigration laws, as am I. Call him a racist all you want, but..(cont.)

if all you have is that he is "racist" then you fall squarely on the emotional side of the argument, and emotions have no place in accurate reporting or politics for that matter. How could you say that emotions have no place in reporting or politics. If there is no emotions, then what is the point of reporting. In the audience there is people have feelings, what is the goal of reporting news now? He should put out the truth, but that is not what he does.

He stated that more than 35% of the population in prison were immigrants. Later on another interview a lady (I do not remember her name) who works in the prisons system told him (cont.)

that less than 6% were non-citizens, not even illegal prisoners. And he stayed quiet. He says that illegal immigrants bring diseases to this country like leprosy and malaria which is not true. Most of what he brings up is his own opinion which leads to hate crimes. So I do not know why a person like him should be reporting. He should say the truth, report real facts and not come up with stupid statements like those.

Has he ever reported how we help this country. How an illegal immigrant has to pay taxes and still get nothing in return like the other citizens? Or how illegal immigrants are out there in the fields picking up grapes under the sun, which I do not think an Anglo would do, but they still say were are taking away "their" jobs.That is reporting too, but I guess he just ignores that and prefers to misinform his audience with his own perspective of the problem.

I am American. I was born in El Salvador, which geographically belongs to the whole continent for America. And yes I call them "my people" because I do not care where they are from. Mexicans, Guatemalans, Chinese, all the people around the world are my people because I care about them if they are facing injustice, they are my people.

As for education. Unless these illegal aliens are paying for private schools, very unlikely, the State is certainly paying for their children's schooling.

That is true. The State pays for their education until they graduate from high school. In college, illegal immigrant students do not get any money from the government. That money is given to citizens and legal residents of this country.
