is there a way to import all samples that u have on your imaschine at one time or is it only possible to import the samples u are useing on your project?
one problem. The export button wont work. i have 2 gig free on my 64 gig ipod. its also plugged in at the moment. does it have to be unplugged in order for export to work?
I own Maschine as well as all the expansion packs, I just bought imaschine. Does anyone know if you already bought the regular expansion packs...can you get them for imaschine for free? I know, they are only a buck, but I already spent 59 ea for the full versions and have practically all the NI products...wassup Native Instruments can u hook it up??
Whenever I import any samples into this app, they are able to upload, but I cannot choose them for a particular pad. Could someone please help me out? Thanks.
@zShwagg i was able to import samples into a particular pad by selecting the pad, clicking on the browse button on the bottom, selecting sample instead of kit, and user instead of factory. then my imported samples appeared and whichever i selected was assigned to the pad when i left the browse tab
Yes that's what happens with me, but I can't actually CHOOSE the sound, it knows i'm pressing it but there is no checkmark letting you know you can use it. But I do change the files from either .m4a or .mp3 to .wav, would that have anything to do with it?
One thing to note for all you iMaschine users: If you put any FX on your kits on the iOS app and then export, sample that's saved as part of your kit is the post FX .wav.
Suggestion: turn your FX off before you export so you have more control with the Maschine FX or VSTs.
bummer that it's not possible to export midi files for use in a DAW of my choice. exporting loops gets boring... really cool app otherwise. but the last thing i need is a bunch more loops in my sample folder.
I'm not liking the sample feature here guys. Why do I have to go through itunes to import samples? Beatmaker 2 allows me to import samples without ever having to touch itunes. If I am hearing this incorrectly then my bad but this seems like creativity time wasted in having to do this. NI if you are all about user friendliness/efficiency then you need to fix this ASAP otherwise Beatmaker 2 still has the beat making edge. I like the ability to record vocals though. That's pretty dope!
You could export just the audio wav file into logic and/or if you have Maschine full or Mikro you could open the exported project with either using the AU plug in Logic. I'm exporting the project to Maschine to open in Ableton using the AU plug-in.

I was surprisingly perplexed as to how to get my projects from my phone to my MIKRO. Thanks for the simple and effective video.
