It sure can happen... I bought a game sealed with duct tape on a hunch for $2.99 recently, got the tape off cleanly and found a completely mint, unplayed out of print board game. It wasn't that old (just 2006), but it sold on ebay for $70.00 plus shipping. Needless to say I never miss scanning the board game section at Goodwill anymore!
Makes me wish I was born in the 50s so I could know what to look for. I was born in '83. lol Just curious, how much did the punch bowl end up selling for?
@monkeyflowers you dont have to be born in the 50s to know what to look for. Most people I know who even were adults in the fifties dont remember what was Hot or popular in those days. Even if you were a kid in the 50s, would u even remember ur surroundings>?
