I had an emergency c sec n it was scary ONLY because it wasn't planned so I think you made the best choice for you and your baby :) And my hospitol was great about making sure I got to bond with my son asap so it was all the same as a v birth. But I will continue to keep you in my prayers and Fri March 26 sounds like a perfect day fore a baby to be born :)
Girl...I think. I am not very good at the weight guessing...I hoped mine would each pop out at 25 pounds, so I would have felt better about the weight gain! :) Good luck.
@dreamflight6000 Yeah I am working up until the day! Tim works Thursday until 11pm so he is going to be SLEEPY on Friday. lol Hopefully his adrenal will keep him awake for awhile. :o)
I am sorry about the midwife that you had to deal with. We have a nurse in our triage L&D who is a you know what lol. I am glad that you and TIm stuck to your guns about what you wanted. I can not wait for you all to have your baby!!! AHH!! I am super excited for you! :) I think you'll have a boy.

I am so sorry that your mid wife was not as professional as she should be. The same thing happened to me with my son except the midwife did not believe me when I told her I thought he was breech until i went into labor for 15 hours and went to the hospital and he was breech! I refused the aversion because the things that could happen. I am so excited for you!
I think external versions can be risky--when I had mine they told me my membranes could rupture and I may have to have a c-section right then---I experienced the same issue with my midwives when they found out I was breech--I think some midwives just have an agenda. You have to make the choice that is right for you and your family. And yes--the external version procedure was painful for me!

They make a red mark on Jayden's back and he is super skinny : ( Not to mention the huge bubble butt they give him lol

I'm sorry you had to deal with her! they don't do c sections at the hospital where you were going to give birth? that is so bizarre, what if you had needed an emergency c section, would they have shipped you to another facility? Anyways that is so exciting, just one week left!!
@frowniebrown86 The way I worded that sounded funny.. I meant the doctors that work in the clinic I go to, which is in the hospital, aren't the doctors that do the c-sections. There is this other clinic up the road from the hospital and they are the ones who do the c-sections at the hospital I am going to. Confusing! :o)
i know this is old but did u end up putting forward a complaint? ur probly not the only one having issues with that midwife.
