I'm playing this game in Hard mode too, but I've already arrived to Great Ginza Underpass but I can't access the Demonic Compendium... It's normal? If yes, when I will get the Compendium's option?

Uh... Might is actually the most useless skill in the game... Not to mention the pointlessness of having all those repel skills on your main character when the magatama that teaches them blocks everything 'cept almighty.

@FirestormSurtr It nulls them. Repeling spells just gives me the turn, the real porpuse of having them. My real power comes from demons not for my main character which is more like a support than anything and freikugel, deadly fury (all) and pierce is all i really need. Focus is the only skill i miss.

It's still pointless if you can null everything short of almighty, even if you're on playing a support role. It's just wasted skill slots which could be better used putting on something like Mediarahan, Focus, Deathbound, etc.

Speaking of Focus, why the hell does your main character lack it?

@FirestormSurtr please understand that voiding the spell wastes only 2 turns of the enemy. but if you repel OR drain it it will waste all of the enemies' turns. hope that helps

To elaborate, since yes I knew that already, repelling is still useless for wasting turns when you can obliterate the enemy instead. No one bothers getting those repel skills. Why? Because they're useless. At least in this game, they are. Why would you want to waste the enemy's turns when they can't do crap to you anyway? What. Is. The. Point.

@ValkyriePROfile83 u get the turn for void/absorb/repel. You don't need to stack them. You actually did waste all those slots

@thetubeaccount No if i´m fighting bosses with two or more turns (nearly all late game). Repel directly gives me the turn in the first repeled attack, null no. Anyway it´s been nearly 3 years since i played Nocturne, I can´t barely remember anything but i´m sure that was the real purpose as I´m really methodic with setups. I appreciate criticism, though.

I'm a bit of a noob at the game still, though i just got to the temple of amala and beat albion for my first time. I'm sort of curious, how do you complete the compendium because i can't find enough deathstones to make all the fiends? :(

Just go through the kalpas and u will find more than enough deathstones to make all of them. There is at least one in each kalpa for what I can barely remember.

You must buy a "pierced" Grimehkala to the Shady Broker located in the 5th kalpa. You need Metatron on your team in order to pass through the door and the Grimehkala costs 250,000 macca.

And hard work, only creating this Beelzebub with endure, pierce, might, focus, victory cry and hades blast (the only massive phisical attack that can be transfered to it) took me like 5-10 hours.

Yes, to defeat him easily check which one of his ilusions has a shadow, that should be the real Ongyo-Ki.

How did you get thor? Ive been playing 150 hours and according to the round up rule with the system I technically should be able to fuse him but for some reason I get a lower kishin... Mind If I ask you how you did it?

I have tried and Bishamon with Erthys worked perfectly for me.

Now that I badly remember, firstly you may need to defeat Thor storyline boss in order to fuse him.

What demons I need to create Futomimi and Sakahagi?

They are somehow "special" characters and in order to unlock both of them you need to complete the Afterlife Bell quest in the 4th kalpa. Only then you can create them.

Fusion;

For Sakahagi, for example phantom (foul) with equans (element).

For Futomimi, f.e. Jiroku(Kishin) with Erthys (element).

I found the Afterlife Bell, so I need to go to the 4th Kalpa and talk to the soul in the Maze?

And for Futomimi- can I fuse him using not Jiroku (because I don't where get him) but Thor?

I badly remember but there what i found about it. Go through the 12 Meters of Eternity in the 4th kalpa and enter Hell's Maze. Look for a soul who will mention the Afterlife Bell and head from the cemetery located at the exit of the Great Underpass. Take the bell for the human-shaped stain on the ground and head back to the Labyrinth of Amara. View the peephole event about the Manikins and return to Hell's Maze.

Talk to the two unique souls in the northwest and southeast rooms and agree to help them. After that, Futomimi and Sakahagi will be unlocked for fusion in the Cathedral of Shadows.

Yeah, for Futomimi you can downgrade Thor as a kishin. Thor with aeros for Bishamon, then bhisamon with aeros for Futomimi, well at least i supose that works too this way.

How can I create Amaterasu? It is said on Gamefaqs that I need fuse Yatagarasu and Brute/Femme/Vile and sacrifice Uzume, but I do this and get other demons

You need exatly to fuse Yatagarasu + MIKAZUCHI (kishin) and sacrifice Uzume.

For Mikazuchi, upgrade Okuninushi as a kishin with Erthys or downgrade Jiroku with any other element.
