What do you recomend for the false eyelashes and the white base? I love the look and would like to do this for halloween on myself.

@geishastace I like the Ben Nye White Base. Also the Clown White Base from Joe Blasco is good. Make sure to always use a no color or white powder over any white cream base in order to set it and ensure it won't move.

I like every brand of false eyelashes. for the underlashes, I Like Kryolan underlashes U-1 Art 9372. You can see them on the Kryolan website. My fav Lash adhesive is DUO.

About 1 hr because I had to glue down the eyebrows and style the hair. But next time it shouldn't. Take more than 30-40 minutes.
