believe it or not, Taiwan's Jill Stuart is cheaper than in Japan itself. When I went to Taiwan early this year, I was shocked to see many Japanese cosmetics are cheaper than buying in Japan itself!! So, I bought many cosmetics when I was there. haha!

How did you like the jelly eyes? Do you apply it as a base? The girl at the counter told me to put it over my eyeshadow for a shimmery effect but I just find it smears all over! I love JIll Stuart, the packaging is so nice I put everything back into the boxes once I'm done using them lol
