how do i get this body. my body like that but not muscle just bit. just want to know what he eat and how he uses the dumbells. i hv everthig i need but just need to know.

Can't believe that ppl believe John uses steriods, he's clearly a "no drug" kinda guy. I think he has worked really hard on achieving wat he has and we should appreciate what he brings foward and not judge him. since we're not there when he's training 24hrs a day!

I disagree with people who say that John takes steroids, its quite possible to build such a physique without steroids, there are videos on youtube where you can see how john does pullups look like a piece of cake, how many people do you know who can do pullups with such ease...lifting weights is one thing but lifting your body weight is another...like dips for example
bullshit. You just can't put on 12 kilos ~ 25 pounds of pure muscle on in 8 months without steroids. But it's most likely not pure muscle - it's fat as well. If it was pure muscle he would be extremely cut. He looks bulky so it's not pure muscle
