You guys make me giggle! I think his joke was funny... but i suppose that's because I'm chill and have a sense of humor. What someone else chooses to believe is up to them and you can offer your guidance/suggestions/info but in the end it's up to them and you shouldn't say "you're going to hell." "I'll pray for you." ... blah blah blah. If they don't believe then they'll get mad at you for saying it or laugh. That does nothing. If you really wanna help, be a friend and example to them:)

@frbjoern You are right with regards to this unwarranted jab at LDS. However, they are not my brethren. Since they are not Christians. I will pray for them. So that the truth changes them from the inside out and they that come to accept the gift of Jesus Christ. But false doctrine will not save them even if they believe it too be true. If you are not for Jesus you are against HIM...Many paths lead to death...only 1 leads to life...........JESUS
@MegaSoldierforChrist Thank you for your comment. I am sure you are sincere. As we both know, nothing but good can come from praying for the Mormons and for each other. You and I have a different experience. Most of my intimate LDS friends are truly Born Again Christians as we would describe it, trusting in our Lord Jesus Christ for their salvation. I know false doctrine will not save their souls, they know that too. They know that only our Lord Jesus Christ can save them.
@Chungover I have what I believe to be a better idea and that is to search the scriptures rather ask an ignorant anti Mormon YouTube personality who is obviously trying to be an entertaining "Showman" by offending Mormons. I do not believe that this Clown Shawn is inspired by our Lord Jesus but more by his own Ego. If some searching souls asked him:" What must I do to be saved?" I shudder to think what his answer would be. I believe they believe in our Lord Jesus for their salvation. John 3:16!
@frbjoernLA Mormons believe that salvation is by works, so John 3:16 doesn't quite apply to you. "So that whoever BELIEVES in him." SALVATION IS BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH ALONE. And by the way, the word "begotten" in that verse, in the original greek version, means "one and only" which suggests Jesus was the Father's ONLY son, so the mormon teaching that you're all Jesus's spirit brothers is absolutely contrary to the Biblical scripture. Know your beliefs before you try defending them.
