there is no "master lever." theres always room for improvement. plenty of bboys would match up to him and even more. lilou doesnt have the best footwork, people like ness, focus, and katsu have better footwork. people like kid david, menno, and differ can match up w style. people like kys, king so, and kill, can do better w power. but none of them are at a "master level" theyre all hella good and everyone has there on flow going on. lilou just gets boring to me sometimes. he pulls the same sets.
