  • Bought a VFR 800 identical to this one in October 2011, best desision I have ever made... In my life. Even better than the time I saved a mans life... Okay maybe not better than that.

  • Nice work, I enjoyed that video!

  • This is an almost perfect ad for the sublime VTEC. A perfect 10 if you'd moon walked to the bike. And like all you American chappies you're riding on the wrong side of the road. Thankfully all the other road users seem to be compensating magnificently and without resorting to flashing you or sounding their horns.

  • to everyone saying the music is shit, its his ride... he can listen to what he wants. Ill be getting a VFR soon mate, nice vid.

  • Loved it!!

  • nice vid. looks like a great place to ride. trying to figure out what state that is kinda looks like sc.

  • That was cool, i want one

  • man it was pritty cool till you came out of the garage with the saddle bags...hit "take em off"

  • Jgu

  • Very nice! Very well made!

  • I am thinking about getting a vfr to augment(replace?) my current cruiser. I find myself scraping the floorboards on my cruiser all the time and I don't need the heft and the two-up capability when I'm commuting or just riding local for fun on weekends. All the same I can't give up the comfort and luggage capacity of my cruiser for an all out sportsbike. The VFR800 seems like the perfect comprimise as evinced in your video.

p.s. I don't know where you live but it looks beautiful.

  • InvertedMike...you are very talented. Best VFR video in YouTube....

Are the saddle bags the Honda option ?

  • Very nice bike but the video would have been MUCH better without the Michael Jackson shit. Let us just listen to the engine.

  • Hi, like the vid. I have an 07 VFR which I love.

I was wondering what headlight modulator you're using? Thanks.

  • @HunterXray

I have installed the Kisan Pathblazer headlight modulators and the Kisan tailBlazer brake light modulator. Just one more layer of defence against the cagers. I use the Pathblazers only when city/suburbia riding and approaching a high risk intersection or whenever I feel there is a chance someone opposite me may not see me. The tailBlazer operates everytime I apply brakes. Lowers my heart rate when I'm not in my usual country riding environment

  • god i need a job so i can buy my vfr :(

  • i got a VFR 800 2002 2 weeks ago in the UK dame nice bike saving up now for the lugage lol

  • i have a 1998 vfr 800 greatb bike what you say is true the vfr is a trure sport tourer

  • Lol nice vid. I also have a friend named mike who rides a vfr 750

  • i agree.

  • really excellent 'bike' video.

    the best i've seen.

  • Alien Ant Farms version is much better.

  • Dude. Really?

  • Yeah, i know...

Nothing compares to that, doesn't it

  • Really nice professional video.

    Your editing is great.

The music level is low and not intrusive

    or juvenile.

    Well done.

Of course having a VFR in the video is eye candy.

  • Very nice.

  • I just bought one of these. The guy I bought it off has aftermarket exhausts on it and i'm strongly considering on changing back to the OEMs. I think they look way nicer

  • Great video, great camera work and editing!!! I need to hire you to do my

    bike and I.

  • Love this vid. great bike and great location ..... would love to know how you made it. Got my new Triumph Sprint St coming next month and want to try and make some good video to share.

    Great job.

  • nice video :)

  • i hat teh 1200 i hope i can get a 2003-2005 i love the black inside thingy from the tyres (dont know the word in english)

  • Nice little production, well edited, esp. the end.

It'd be interesting to know where you mounted the cameras to be so smooth.

    I'm considering a VFR vs an FZ1.

    Thanks!

  • nice bike, house, neighborhood, and car.

  • Great video. Great music. Great bike. I hope they come out with the VFR1000 V5.

  • Check out the youtube vid VFR1200 sweet

  • Hey, nice video there...how did you do the camera work while riding? What kind of camera and how did you attach it?

  • great video, nice camera work and editing, awesome bike and a great location to ride in,

Jacksons called... they want their music royalties..... ha ha

  • Excellent video, I reside in Australia and own an 02 VFR. One awsome bike. Music and video awsome too well done

  • where is aus do ya live i'm in Adelaide and also have a vfr

  • Love the side cases!!!

  • Vary Good Vid

    Good Job

    Stephen

  • RIP MJ

  • RIP MJ

  • ah poor MJ

  • You have no idea how hard it is to watch this video and being forced to watch the rain outside...masterfuly done brother...

  • great video :)

  • good song, not right bike

  • Beautiful bike, wrong music. The V-4 makes it's own great music. If I had to have some tunes it would be Gong's Blues for Findlay or Lou Reed's New Sensation.

  • Are the bikes from the uk same as north american bikes ..? the motor etc

  • This is a great video.. really show what it's all about.. Great scenery, relaxing music, smile on your face when seeing the bike, no one to compete with..

    Good job!

  • which song is this?

  • Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson.

  • thx

  • Great footage, just had to mute that very strange music. Would much-prefer to hear the engine than some cheesy (or any) dubbed-music.

  • Aww man

Re-found this video due to the Recommended viewing. There is snow on the ground and at least a month or 2 before i can ride...feeling it hard.

I bought my 2005 red VFR without bags and even went on a trip from Alberta to Sturgis w/ soft bags.. But now that i have hard bags the only time they come of is winter(so it takes up less space).

  • Those who comment that the bags need to go do not understand this bike.

This is a bike you can ride across the US on.

This is a bike for those who want sport bike performance that they can ride all day.

This is not a bike where a ride is is a 2 hour jaunt through town because longer than that is uncomfortable.

This is not a bike where ride is to the local bar to look cool.

    This is a true bike.

  • I can even leave my helmet and jacket in the hardbags instead of carrying them around when running errands. I will never own another bike that does not have matching hardbags. I certainly have the option to take 15seconds to remove them if I just want to burn fuel.

  • @InvertedMike hey hey hey what are ou doing with my jacket eh??? thats mine jehege sorry but in mexico not its a common jacket and its rare for me see one on a video jehege

  • The hardbags are in fact the main reason why I bought a VFR. I've owned pure supersports before and am beyond being a poser with a racing bike that never sees the track anymore. A sport tourer that has true sport lineage but is remarkably comfortable and practical is what makes this machine so awesome. I go on an annual week long camping trip and get groceries in style.

  • wie schwul mit seitentaschen!! so ein lappen

  • its not a supersports bike and one of the bonuses of a sports tourers are the panniers leave em be !

  • Agreed!

  • also agreed !

but I think when you do not wish to travel far they are just useless extra weight.

    my oppinion ofcourse :)

  • I like the video. Where did you get the frame sliders

  • good video, strange choice of music though.Bike is just amazing, set the standard for sports/tourers, and will again.... expected release of v5 1000cc VFR is summer 2010 anniversary.Cant wait :)

  • nice video...:X

  • Awesome vid, enjoyed the hell out of that.

  • Hi dude, Ive got the same, 2008 model in black.

    Very nice job!

  • bello bello bello

  • nice vid! it is good to see a guy just loving his baby, not thrashing it. im so excited! i get to pick mine up tomorrow!

  • Loved it, only thing i would change is the music. But like I said, was excellent!
