  • yes, the brazilian "portuguese" is similar to spanish, it just a little bit different . if a person is a native spanish speaker is easier for them to understand portuguese hands down, is the same for those who speak portuguese.

  • @ToMyDearestFreak

In my experience of being an actual Brazilian I understand Spanish Speakers more often than they understand me when I speak Portuguese.

From how I understand it our sounds are so much difference from the Spanish its actually quite hard for Spanish speakers to understand Portuguese.

Also the rhythm of the language is completely different from Spanish.

  • @ToMyDearestFreak

Wow... my grammar failed... I shouldn't watch a vid and type at the same time.

  • nao nada e brasil sem brasileiro

  • boring...

  • @ArawnChernobog what a horrible person you are for saying that. Brasil is a very nice country and nice people. I should ask arawnchernobog, do you still beat your wife??

  • you have the order wrong, its.. mugged, kidnapped then raped.

    gosh!

  • they sure don't speak spanish although it saids kinda the same.

  • Yep. They speak portuguese, which is close, but different.

  • When it all comes to then, it's an individual's responsibility to take care of what/who...

    The country's merely a host.

  • its Brazil -_-
