I do not smoke i never have and never will! but i saw someone comment on another video that this is a really sad video so i watched it and it has made me want to help the ppl who smoke and help them stop cause this video proves that smoking not only hurts you but your whole family! plz people stop smoking*wipes tears* this is a sad video i cried

to quit smoking is not the hardest thing but does take time, i quit smoking 7 years ago and i did not use any nicotine patches or anything you see on tv or in magazines. Doing something over and over makes it in to a habit, now breaking habit is not easy. Most people are not fully devoted to a cause this is why most people fail but if you keep trying again and again you will succeed.
