Great video - very informative and great playing - I'm interested in possibly purchasing a PCM80 - One question: Can an expression pedal be plugged into the "foot controller input" and regulate the amount of delay? ie: up position - minimum amount of delay effect, down position - a maximum amount of delay? Thanks
@SmokinBillZ The PCM 80 has a a pedal and controller jack on the back plus a MIDI that allows for dynamic control of all effect parameters. You can Google the manual online for more specifics.
Great tone and technique! Yep ... a ODS is now on my wishlist. Great tone from your OCD .... I have the earlier versions ... V2 being my fav. Have tried the Keeley four knob comp? I liked the tone more than the two knob plus more flexible. Thanks again!
@2rockjade Cool ... There is a good chance that it may sound like your's but in any event you don't have to open the four knob to get at your additional controls. I own two .. an off the shelf one and one that they custom built for me in British racing green .... peace!
What kind of speakers do you have in the Avatar Cab? They sound amazing. I am dying to get a Ceriatone OTS, but like everybody, i don;t have the bucks just yet.
@talkradiostar I'm actually using an old Hughes and Kettner 2x12 cabinet which I have loaded with Eminence Tonespotters. It's off screen but the OTS is on top of it.
Hm, the switching, would you know, (if this unit is controlled by MIDI) - that the 1 second delay is still present? If so, switching live might be a problem.
@DemoColorScheme - I don't have it controlled by midi but I cannot see how that would fix the 1second delay. It would still go through all of the internal processes inherent in the design. It would not be very precise in a live situation. And that is understandable when you consider that it was designed for studio use.

Pretty great amp ! I didn't know this.
I think your sound is not ordinary loop. Do you have any mod to amp or any gear among the PCM?
EddieKH 3 months ago
@EddieKH No mods on any of the gear here.

@2rockjade
Makes sense. I thought that MIDI might have different switching routing.
