I like how you guys are saying he jogged the whole thing. You can CLEARLY see coming off the final turn he was really working. He just jogged through the finish which really didn't affect much of his time because he already had the momentum coming off the turn.
He JOGGED the final 100m, not just through the line. Chances are he had very little in tank, but it's OBVIOUS that will training there are 2 - 3 seconds that could come off his time.
@mrcatohead for the sake of clerifying my point. I agree that he jogged at the finish, but it was def NOT with 70 metres to go. It was more like 30-35 meters. He did have very little left which was the cause for the jogging. It wasn't meant as a display for "Oh I know I'm gonna win anyway so there's no reason to keep going fast" He just didn't have enough left. he can get better with training yes, but that doesn't mean he will break the 400m world record. He ran 45.9 racing the whole way.
