  • I don't know what this is. I just came here to watch the raven, the most epic bird of all time.

  • @SBmasta441 Please don't spoil for other people.

  • it was LOST now it's Game of Thrones...enough said.

  • @andrewmanford Lol.

    LOST was BULLSHIT.

  • I see no flaw in that adaptation. How often do we see a good show that stays true to the book it's based on? That is hardly likely. Never have I been a fan of HBO's films, until the series started appearing on TV. If they do intend to film all the other books, I can only hope it stays as strong as Season one was. Thankfully, it might just be as good, for they plan on making Season two accurate to the book just like the first was.

  • CORN! CORN! CORN!

  • @eqxotiC Read.

  • How can people who compare Twilight crap with Game of thrones be here ? I thought this was for the reasonable people not the otherwise! God! I think I might look for something different to watch if anyone compare The Game Of Thrones with TWILIGHT CRAP again!

  • This could be the trailer for the feast of crows if you didn't count those happenings that happen in the GoT.

  • Got corn?

  • I've always loved ravens, fascinating birds:D and this is AMAZING!!!

by the way...GoT rlz! ;) greetings from PL ;P

  • Winter is coming

    ....(this means cake)

  • dark wings, dark words

  • @LilWayneMetalGod:You CANNOT be serious.Comparing George RR Martin To Stephanie Meyer Is beyond stupid.

  • Have you even seen the name of @LilWayneMetalGod ? obvious troll is obvious

  • @LilWayneMetalGod Bitches Be Trolling

  • Lie! It was kinda chilly but Winter will not come in the next 3 YEARS!

If they go by the official Saga, the books, it's in book 4/5. Adapt it to the series. 1 Series per year.

  • Great show

  • @LilWayneMetalGod HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA you cant be serious?

  • winter is coming!

    so am I!

  • Corn! Corn! Corn!

  • This is so badass

  • @LilWayneMetalGod ROFL,for real?you dont read many books,do you?Stephenie Meyer ripped off Ann Rice.Game of Thrones is far closer to J.J.R.Tolkiens Epic "Lord of the Rings" than it is to Twilight and its sparkly vampires.Btw Robert Kirkman is a far greater writer than stephenie Meyer, just sayin......

  • @LilWayneMetalGod xdxdxdxd

  • @LilWayneMetalGod SUCCESSFUL TROLL IS SO SUCCESSFUL!

  • Best tv show in history?

Why the hell did I put that question mark there?

    Correction:

    Best tv show in history!

  • What 10 Twillight Gaylord's Voted This Down?!, Bring Back Nedd!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @LilWayneMetalGod Holy fuck. You just owned yourself so hard it must have hurt so badly in your balls.

    >Likes Twilight.

    >NO BALLS.

  • Dark wings, dark words.

  • @LilWayneMetalGod

    a) If it was created for children' it wouldn't have any sex scenes.

    b) Stephenie Meyer didn't invent blond people or wolves, You might as well say reality copied her because there are people in it.

    c) Do you think Stepheny Meyer created her entire novel on her own? vamp vs. werewolf is a very old theme.

    d) Game of Thrones was written like ten years before Twilight. Or maybe you're saying the George R.R. Martin is a future- psychic.

  • I can't believe so many people fell for such obvious trolling.

  • @LilWayneMetalGod dude your comment is completely ignorant. I read both books and I liked AsoIaF for more better then Twilight. not only because I like the type of fantasy, but AsoIaF was more of a challenge for me to read then Twilight since English isn't my main language, I'ld like to practice through reading and writing and etc.,

  • how many game of throns books r there?? plzz reply

  • @jommr44 5 as of July 12, 2011

  • @jommr44

    - Game of Thrones

    - Clash of Kings

    - Storm of Swords

    - Feast of Crows

    - Dance With Dragons

Last two happen simulatenously. And the third one is absolutely epic.

  • Corn?

  • First of all, I havent read the books.

Watched the entire first season tho, and I wasn't really drawn into it. Its overrated in my oppinion, to slow tempo..

  • @Wetter02

u r totally right ! now go and watch fast and the furious or some other michael bay shit. transformers would suit u just fine !

  • This in my opinion is the best book series ever written. The Lord of the Rings has so much history, so alien from ours yet so alike. This pays more attention to the characters, and has a much more realistic feeling that corruption and bribery and threats and seduction don't always have to be bad. And there is no shallow good vs evil story, except with the Others and the Night's Watch. Here it reflects the real world's politics much better, and I just love it and George RR Martin altogether.

  • @LilWayneMetalGod Except that Twilight was written after this. And if you think Twilight is the ultimate Fantasy Saga and Stephanie Meyer is the God of Literature than you probably haven't read much of anything else. George RR Martin is fantastic. He's written so many stories for so many different people. Whereas Stephanie has four books that are only for 13 year old girls.

  • EPIC

  • "Dark wings, dark news", is that how it goes?

  • @PenguinFromPluto "Dark wings, dark words."

  • @LilWayneMetalGod If anything Twilight is a ripoff of this. Not that I think they are any similar, Game of thrones has so much more of a story to tell and characters that actually are realistic and you can relate to in many more ways than vampires thirsting for someones blood and a girl refusing to continue with her life since the boy left her

Bella mopes after a boy leaves her because she can't live without him, the Stark family countinue to fight for what they believe in after Eddard is killed

  • Warning : This show is not recommended to lifeless hardcore gamers like the 1 guy beneath me

  • @JustSivas58 Go watch some more of the usual casual shit then, where stories are all of the cookie cutter variety and audiences are comforted and catered to because they're morons. Check out the Lifetime channel.

  • you have to love a show where they actually put effort and thought into everything they do.

  • @StayRadFuckers thats HBO man. they are very good at most the things they put together. i wish their work was more respected but if americans in general want crap, then crap is what we get...

  • @StayRadFuckers that's just about every HBO original there is. Wish more TV was like... Sopranos, The Wire, TrueBlood, Down and.... oh you get the point.

  • It's not TV it's HBO.

  • Tons of sex? lol :D You must see Spartacus:Blood and Sand :-D

  • Excelente serie, el libro me imagino es mucho mejor :D

  • @LilWayneMetalGod atleast do your homework before you post shit and dont talk out your ass if you would have just typed game of thrones into google you would have figured out that it was written way before twilight was even thought of, and by the way the two books are in completely different leagues. game of thrones is ten times better than twilight could ever hope to be

  • @LilWayneMetalGod

you stupid dipshit, learn your manners and your literature, if you can call twillight a literature that is.

twillight is not fantasy saga, its a pussy saga, for pussys who also happen to be stupid, i think that reminds me of you, no wonder you are such a fan.

  • Dudes, learn to know a troll when you see one...

  • @LilWayneMetalGod HAHAHAHAHA that is so insanely laughable. I even ENJOY Twilight, but Stephanie being called the God of Literature is like calling Spongebob Squarepants a cinematic achievement. Not to mention, this series was written WAY before Stephanie's fanfiction about vampires, so how about using your brain before spouting bullshit. Good God, the stupidity you find on the internet....

  • @TikiTyler9 woah woah woah, are you implying that spongebob ISNT a cinematic acheivement?

  • @TikiTyler9 americans...

  • @LilWayneMetalGod here too, here fucking too?i fuckin despise you now

  • Respond to this video... troll lol

Not a wise move to make when you are in midst of fantasy lovers.

  • In witch book the Ones attack the sauth or just show them they realy do exist??

  • @jonny1996ahh

I don't think that happens yet...

  • Hope Game of Thrones stays true to the books... Not like True blood, they totally fked the series up.

  • The Others bugger 9 people

  • CHOP OFF THEIR MANHOOD

  • i like that smart dwarf guy :P (soz im new to this world so i dont know all the names yet :/ )

  • This is genius! Porn with a story, Thank you HBO for making shows we can jerk off to. No, seriously tons of sex!

  • @hArbingeRofDumb Tons? there are some movies with 2 mins of acting and 50 of f***g u know. go watch those . and if u cant see beyond the sex scenes in Game of Thrones go suicide.Freaking idiots like u ruin this epic series

  • This is a truly great series. HBO another great series .. maybe, the best in the genre. It doesn't surprise me .. I've been watching HBO series ever since Dream On. They have always been on the cutting edge. Way to go again HBO...

  • What was that saying?

    Dark wings, dark words.

  • yepee Boromis is back

  • If you're interested in reading all 13 of Robert Jordan's "Wheel Of Time" novels you can p.m. or email me to get the link.

It includes his novels of "Conan The Barbarian" and some extras of WOT. Also George R.R. Martin's quadrology "A Song of Fire and Ice".

  • Just noticed when this was uploaded, how did i ever wait that long, its killing me waiting a week after each episode!

  • @unclebreezybum How do you think I feel? I read all books twice and realized I didn't have HBO the day before the premiere, ah well, a third time wouldn't hurt.

  • Is that Mormont's raven? :p

  • the raven is so beautiful O.O

  • отличный сериал !!! все нравится.

  • this is an excellent fiction-medieval series... best lately

and ofc I am a LOTR fan so seeing Boromir is great

  • nicest medieval series I've seen so far ...

    I'm loving it.

  • i think someone has a ware-raven with them

  • Winter is coming...

    ...and so am I!

    Uuuuggghh!!

  • Check out

    /watch?v=j85vsMxZpUY

    For a metal version

  • Shuan Bean = AWESOME actor.

  • @wallhackergotdammit Totally agree. Oodles ago I saw him on stage as Macbeth and that man was amazing. It is obvious he is a great actor from Sharpe but to pull off Macbeth so perfectly had the audience doing repeated standing ovations. Underrated, understated, fricking intense is how I'd sum up his acting.

  • This video was uploaded on September 10 and it has yet to gather a million views. I am a little sad more people aren't interested in this epic show. It deserves to be put alongside great tales such as Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia. And why are there 8 dislikes here? Take them to the chop where they will be taken care of by Eddard Stork lol.

  • @AWonderingWarrior i agree whit you on that i just found out about this by a mere coinsidence browsing thought some web comics and saw one post it on a blog that realy bothers me.

  • @AWonderingWarrior The show is a big success, so what if some video on YouTube hasn't gotten that many views? When you've got a show that INCREASES its audience with every episode you know you've just struck gold.

  • @AWonderingWarrior It's the title of the series that put me off at first, and a lot of other people I know. They thought it was about a MMORPG. Took a few other people to tell me (and my friends) that it was so epic before we decided to watch it.. and no regrets ever since.

  • @AWonderingWarrior Probably because the other two "great tales" you named are actually shit? :/

  • @AWonderingWarrior

I feel like the show is gaining more popularity daily. I'm obsessed with the series and had no idea it existed before a buddy showed it to me.

  • @AWonderingWarrior It's Stark...

  • This will probably be great...but I can only see that one guy as Boromir from Lord of the Rings.

  • I am loving this series!

  • Was anyone else reminded of Batman Begins by the crows at the end?

  • It was AMAZINNG love it!

  • A GAME OF THRONES SEASON PREMIERE TONIGHT AT 9!

  • @pat5168 I just saw the premiere! It's GREAT! :)

  • @blackbuttonbailey : OMG how long do we have to wait in Europe:( Somebody put the premiere on the net PLEASEEEEEE!!!!

  • @Amusement73

april 18th in the uk (sry if it was late!)

    may 4th in nordic countries

    and spain on may 9th

    hope this helps!

  • @Amusement73 : Thank you so much. Unfortunately, we have to wait in Italy because we have no news about it here:( but I saw the frist episode anyway:) Loved the 1st episode but never read the book.

  • @blackbuttonbailey I was so disappointed because my cable doesn't get HBO! How long until they put it on other channels or make it into DVDs you think?

  • @pat5168 uhhm dare i say just download it...

  • @pat5168 idk about the airing on other channels...BUT...season one dvd will be next year with ten episodes. hbo is currently on the SECOND season which will be aired on the same time with ten episodes. hope this helps!

  • @blackbuttonbailey Thanks, but I hope at least that Martin will have the 5th book out before then.

  • love it our dog shyla was in the game of thrones as a prop dog when she was a pup look out for the pure white husky

  • CORN!

  • Aye, dark wings, dark words

  • I really loved Jon Snow in the series.. just that too little about him has been developed. but later on.. Jaime becomes more interesting.. =D

  • @roxstar17 In a Dance With Dragon's I think Jon becomes more cold like his father, not unpleasant, just the ironhandedness of being the Commander of the Night's Watch.

  • why can't the show some dothraki language… HBO should set up a Learn Dothraki vlog :-)

  • We need to get as many people as possible to see this series so it becomes a hit and more people learn of the books!

  • @MadPutz All who search for "the best fantasy series" or something will most certainly stumble upon this series, as it is that.

  • summer is here

  • Favorite character for

A Game Of Thrones: Eddard Stark

A Clash Of Kings: Tyrion Lannister

A Storm Of Swords: Jon Snow

A Feast For Crows: Jaime Lannister

Like this if those are yours too. :)

  • @pat5168 Jaime Lannister is prick! x)

  • @pat5168 i like THE HOUND! and the Dorthraki leader Khal something i forgot but that is soooo cool how they created a whole new langauge just for the sake of the show. Ep 7 was sooooo good!

  • @roeroe305 I reread it and to be honest I think Petyr Baelish is the shit.

  • @pat5168 ya hes cool and in episode 7 his character starts to show his true colors. i liked him since The Wire on HBO he fits in good with political disputes.

  • @roeroe305 Sadly I don't have HBO on my TV, otherwise I'd be up to date on everything, I'm a big aSoIaF fan and have read them all about three times.

  • @pat5168 this show is EPIC and the show stays true to the story... a deffinate positive unlike shows such as Legend of the Seeker" that fell so far from the original story it died

  • @MummyLon Yeah someone was saying that something like keeping Khal Drogo alive a little longer would improve it. I say fuck that because that's a slippery slope to have a lot of....other deaths....never happen. Wink wink Joff did it with a big sword.

  • @pat5168 I didn't read the books yet, but i really doubt i could ever like Jaime Lannister, no matter what he does! Also, Tyrion Lannister is the BAWSE anyway.

  • @Kageshika No spoilers from me but Jaime needs a hand to be an asshole. (Hinthint)

  • @pat5168 He, It's pretty clear in ep7 that he somewhat suffers from Tywyns expectations, but still. I will never forgive him for pushing Bran down the tower.

  • @Kageshika Trust me you'll learn to hate Theon, Cersei, and Lysa Tully/Arryn a lot more than Jaime eventually.

  • @pat5168 what did they do, give me spoiler plx.

  • @jef2907 Theon betrayed Robb and invaded the north with his father. He took control of Winterfell and got all of his men killed by yet another betrayal by Roose Bolton's son. Cersei's just a paranoid bitch and she deludes herself into thinking all her allies are enemies and that Tyrion's gonna sneak up and kill her. Lysa Arryn almost killed Sansa and she's just a nasty whore. She won't listen to reason and never helps Robb or her sister during the entire course of the War of the Five Kings.

  • @pat5168 God damn it, spoiler alert! Now I know Jaime's gonna leave. Dick.

  • @acorulez A Game of Thrones was published 15 years ago. A Clash of Kings - 13 years ago. A Storm of Swords - 11 years ago. A Feast for Crows - 6 years ago. Don't complain if you see any spoilers since it's been over a decade since Martin published them. And if you liked those. You should try his short stories he wrote back in the day. I just finished Dreamsongs and it made me realize that ASOIAF is just the tip of the iceberg in Martin's writing career.

  • @pat5168 I tried reading his books, but they seemed to be focusing way too much on unimportant things, which I don't like in books.

  • @acorulez Focusing on things unimportant such as?

  • @pat5168 Well, naturally, I started off with Game of Thrones, first chapter, when the night watchers are in the woods, if you remember, in TV show, that scene took about 5 minutes, and I was listening to an audiobook, 25 minutes they spent talking in those woods. Book even focused on what night watchers were wearing down to the last detail, just felt it was unnecessary and annoying.

  • @acorulez The beginning is just getting all of the background information out of the way so it can get to the core of the plot later on without you getting confused.

  • @pat5168 So can you recommend where should I start of to keep it interesting? I've seen all 10 episodes so far, I don't mind reading them, as long as I can skip the boring intros.

  • @acorulez Well the prologue you were talking about with the Night's Watch isn't necessarily required to read to understand the whole story, it just gives you the oh-my-god-what-are-these-stupid-people-fighting-each-other-for-when-those-nightmares-are-around feeling. Actually I think the boring intros help get you attached to Winterfell. But if you don't care about that kind of stuff I'd say you should start reading right before Jaime gives Bran the slip.

  • @pat5168 Thanks, I'll give it a try.

  • @pat5168 feast of crows Arya Stark

  • @pat5168 Yep you pretty much nailed down the "protagonists" for each one perfectly there.

  • I'm so fricken excited! so this better be good!! woohoo

  • I CANT WAITTT FOR THIS ONE .. LOVES HBO makes these powerful epic series ..i just love it

My fav WAS "ROME" THAT WAS JUST GROUND BREAKING..hope this is good as Rome

  • Awesome my favorite book series come to TV what more could i ask for!!! Cant wait to see how they portray the characters in this series as compared to how i pictured them while reading the books.I hope they stick to the story and make this a series to remember!!
