Actually, he only thinks he's a Marshall, when he isn't. He is, however, an EX-Marshall. So, that's why he believes he is. Though, I haven't exactly sat through the movie (sorta boring to me), it's not really hard to tell that little bit of information. Plus, reading helps a lot. Either way. Johnny Depp far better actor than Leo. Even though Leo is awesome. :) I just like Depp better. lmao.
Shutter Island is real masterpiece - great acting, directing, producing, everything. Some moments were even scary. Leonardo DiCaprio is real master (Leo acts even better than Johnny Depp). Ben Kingsley and Mark Ruffalo were great as well but I don't understand why so many people found the ending unpredictable. I predicted the ending after first 20-30 minutes. This movie is masterpiece but not as unpredictable as The Others, The Game, Identity, Fight Club, Cube 2 or The Prestige

The film would have been even more interesting to watch... if only the trailer didn't warn us about a 67th patient. At that point, if you know the logics of a thriller film, you can tell by mere instinct who is that patient...
However, despite this little inconvenience, the film came out beautifully, as Scorsese's personal "Shining".

This movie was just ok for me. Long, drawn out, alot of nothing. 2.5 out of 5 stars for me, saw it at FreeMoviesQuick. com. Love DiCaprio is my favorite but still just ok for me.
