  • II have known some dull towns but Perpignan takes the biscuit because of its evening violence , gangs, stranded tourist [ after being robbed by roumanian dogs]. La Gare de Perpignan . Ex cops like Christopher turned tramp/beggar dope dealer. This place isn't quaint.
