Slurp... Ah, delicious Genmai Cha, which is, green tea with roasted brown rice. I use a strainer, and soak it a bit with boiling kettle water, before filling the cup up.

Right now i'm into guzzling coffee, and smoking medical marijuana. I give them up for years, now and then, and switch to green tea for the caifene, and cleansing properties. I become so alert though, and sensitive, and calm to others, there is no way i can fit in with the office crowd.

You forgot to say that Tea contains, Caffeine, which drains on the adrenal glands causing all kind's of problems, Ordinary Tea, does, however, green tea and fruit to is a better solution, Thanks for sharing, Namaste

That's awesome. We connected with the BioVerde Tea folks and use their tea for in our yoga studios. I love the tea for it's healing properties and I love that brand because they practice GOOD business through fair trade and very strict regulations for quality with a conscious. It does cost a little more, but we prefer quality OVER quantity! Thanks for sharing this with me / us.  Love how you made it fun! There is no other way to approach it. Being healthy leaves more options for FUN!
